I love your posts. Your descriptions of the food and the views are spectacular. Only thing, there is NO way you are eating all the food and staying fit as you do. Lol. You may take a couple bites and that's it, but all those calories, even working out, you would gain weight. I gain weight just by looking at the good food in the videos. 😅😅😂.

Eat till you can’t no mare it’s what I say. I’m a real foodie so I just eat and I don’t gain weight when doing so. Mt doctor said it’s kinda incredible but I should be careful still so I have to put up limits at some points.

I don't know how you do it Karissa (all the food you eat). I know one thing, I could NOT eat my food with all the sauce you put on yours, no way. I know to each their own, but I get nauseous looking at all that sauce, but having said that, I do enjoy your videos because of your personality. Good luck in the future with your career and start working out more when you turn 40 because the calories and pounds start to stick, trust me.👍 Good luck!
