I work at arbys, there is a button for it on the pos system, The pause was most likely the worker asking the manager if they can say no, and the backline worker considering other employment.
as someone that worked food service for multiple years I can tell you that any customer that came in and did something like that was instantly a favorite. it sorta allowed us to have a little fun.
I used to work at chipotle back in 2017. There was an item HQ specifically told us not to make. Of course we still had an OG in the crew that would make it every time someone asked for it. B) The item was a burrito wrapped in a quesadilla. Yes, a quesorrito. The reason why we had to stop making it was because employees were burning their hands on molten cheese while wrapping the quesoritto. But that OG didnt give a hoot. Hands down best chipotle item to date.
As a former backline cook at Arby's, I can confirm the meat mountain exists. I can also confirm that your meat mountain was not lagidamit. The actual sandwich has all the meat Arby's has on one sandwich. I'm talking bacon, roast beef, steak, brisket, corned beef, ham, turkey, and chicken. They just gave you an extra large roast beef sandwich.
Also they have the meat mountain on the register and instructions above the cook line. It's just not advertised anymore. Most employees know what it is
So as an ex arbys employee I can tell you the meat mountain is a legit item it has its own dedicated button on the cash register so that’s why they know what it is lol
As a former Arbys employee, I know they actually have the meat mountain on the register. It was the first item I was told about in training. I’ve had four different people order it in the year I worked there. It’s a pretty scary looking sandwich 😬

Similar story with subway. I can’t remember what the name of the sandwich is but it has all the meats on it. It was like $20 but it had an option on the register. I wish I could remember the name lol
Dont know if theres anything behind it other than personal experience. I used to mow the medians beside the highway near Carlsbad Caverns, NM in the summer heat. The temperature almost always 100° or more. I would only drink hot coffee or warm water. It seemed to cool me off faster than a cold drink. I always thought the reason was due to my core temperature having to drop in order to cool the coffee to normal body temp. Might all be in my head, but I did this for years.

So, if you want to be saved and have eternal life, all you have to do is believe in Jesus and ask Him to come into your heart.
