@@aaronharman5431 not my point, my point was that a person with no responsibility in their life will be able to do more things than a person who works a 9-5 job and lives alone
You can't have a hot shower after you run (bc your blood pressure increases and leads to fainting), so you have to stick with a cold shower. Btw cold showers after running aren't that great since your body still makes it feel warm regardless of the temperature. It feels okay, but not necessarily good. 🫤
This happend to me was riding a scooter bug nest "explode" in wind and i got thousands of little bugs on me i was panicking trying to rush myself home so i could take a shower...
The bugs zip around really quickly in little storms, I think it’s just a chance thing that they might hit him while traveling towards him. Source: experience
This guy wakes up, runs 16 miles, goes to the pool, eats a full meal, has homemade bread AND still makes time to have dinner and watch a movie with his girlfriend. Respect. Meanwhile, on my days off I just lay in bed in the dark, don't charge my dead phone and just stare at the ceiling for 10 hours.
after being overweight most of my life, this is who i wanna be after i lose my weight. i’ve already lost 20 pounds and still going, so close to being in the 290s.
@@edwintan4870 Give your life to Jesus Christ and confess with your heart that Jesus is your lord and savior and spread the gospel before it gets to late
tbh sometimes when im on runs a good amount of bugs land on me yet im entirely focused on running while i am, so i dont even realize lmao, maybe its the same situation?
I used to quad as a kid when my family and I would go camping. The amount of bugs that would accumulate in my eyes when I wouldn't wear goggles (properly) was actually disturbing. Be thankful for what you got cuz bugs on your neck are nothing......
I did 13 miles no break with no water or food in broken shoes in 30*C weather, when I was 14. Plus I have a condition which constricts my lungs. I really wish I could have got to 16 miles or a marathon but I need to build muscle. I guess my body isn’t built for running. But it’s good to see you doing it properly😭. Keep it up.
@Trump's Hair Piece Is Missing You’re right about how they form, however, those aren’t skin tags; they aren’t on him at the start of the video because they take time to fully develop.
For anyone that doesn’t know if this guy is running in the summer 5am is still 90 degrees out. Still feels like a living hell when you live in Arizona lol
He deserves all that hearty food if he runs 16 miles. Not only that he burned A LOT of calories on a fast but his muscles are sore and he isnt trying to lean for a fuckin competition so everyone sayin his diet sucks is ignorant lmao.
After running 16 miles, he deserves to put a bunch of harmful processed food into his body? That’s a bad thing, not a good thing. Are you really trying to say that saying fast food is bad is a claim out of ignorance?
@@Ryland_GT It’s not to lose weight you dunce, it’s marathon practice. Newsflash, 53 miles a week, it doesn’t matter what you eat, you’re gonna burn it all off regardless.
The most I’ve ever run at once is 13 miles. I barely ate before, I think I had a standard breakfast. I wasn’t very hungry afterwards either. That might just be my body but honestly I don’t feel like you need to prepare too much
I have learned this from other runners and my track coach ! Don’t eat hunny with a metal spoon down or with either nothin and just guess or do it with a plastic spoon. The metal spoon does something to the hunny and it takes good nutrients out of it !
I literally did the same thing yesterday and felt like a piece of shit even though I have an otherwise productive life. Don't let people fuck with your head and make you feel worthless or lazy just because your sleep schedule is fucked up. But you should fix it for your health because fucked up sleep schedules increase your chances of getting dementia when you're older.
Same. It’s crazy to think that I actually used to enjoy running every day. I looked forward to it. I feel like that was a completely different person 😓
@@ebonyharris11 I used to run/walk a mile everyday in the summer and although being active is great, it’s not good to burn yourself out. Exercise should be in moderation. I miss working out a lot but I also don’t because I was obsessed with numbers
This is such a wonderful routine. It’s rare I see people actually nurturing themselves in these kinds of videos but there was zero “calorie counting” and he actually ate what he NEEDED to replenish after such a long run. This is great to see!!!!
The thing is, it is not that easy (at least not for everyone) to eat enough food to replenish after long training runs without counting calories. I am recently training for a longer distance and doing long slow runs over the weekend (up to 6 hours) and eating that much calories back is almost impossible normally. So far, I kinda scramble along eating slightly more doing the week to replenish for the weekend, but it would have been so much easier with calorie counting. What I am trying to say: calorie counting is a very good tool when you are pushing your body out of a typical situation, because, really, just as your body doesn't have that much of an idea how to behave, but thanks to countless other people doing it, we as humanity generally know.
@@sunset7943 That's the thing. You burn too many calories and your body (at least mine) does not give you enough hunger cues to replenish that (personally, if I don't eat enough gels during a long run I will typically have problems eating anything at all for the next 3-4 days). So the problem with "intuitive" eating here is that you are not eating enough to properly recover from that run and are not gaining the endurance/muscle/speed improvements you could have otherwise. I can only imagine what happens for proper athletes that do these long runs more than once a week.
@@Anula993You make a great point with intuitive eating. When I used to run ~80 miles a week, it would be difficult for me to feel hungry the rest of the day after the morning runs before it got to 100+ degrees. However, I feel that counting calories is not necessary. Set times to eat and pay attention to carbs and protein because those are the important things for storing and burning the fat your body stores for energy. Also, the quality and type of food you eat can impact the hunger cues as well. Foods that are good for athletes who rely on explosive, fast twitch muscles aren’t necessarily beneficial for endurance training.
Bro, perfect day is the one in wich you surrender to Jesus Christ. Anything different than that is vanity of vanities. (But sure, it is a good practice to wake up early, make some exercise and other things that is good for you both in the short term and long term
True. My coach told me that I do cardio way too much and that it doesn't matter what I eat as long as I don't over eat. Which makes sense since I strive for strength not getting lean.
The hate comments on this video are stupid enough to sound like trolls😂 running a marathon is hard but with extensive training almost anyone can do it, so props to you dude, hopefully it goes well!
I don't even run and if I stretch the wrong way my leg cramps badddd, I can't imagine what kind of cramps he gets. My brother did a lot of physical activity when he was in highschool and he had horrible leg cramps
