I forgot to add to the video, I had 2 portions of the rice/broccoli and also had some small snacks between some of the meals (Pretzel sticks, apple, some crackers and a handful of sweets in the evening whilst watching some disc golf :D, it's quite relaxing to watch and doesn't require any effort). Have a great day ahead 💥
Thanks Parker.... I was thinking recently you are going to have to change your social media details away from 'average runner' you've had some great results and progress, the future can only get better also. Thanks for tuning in mate, as you said it is interesting to see what others do.
@@runningwithmarc hahaha thanks Marc, appreciate it mate! Congrats on hitting One Million views on your beginner running tips video!!! That is absolutely incredible!!
I am so jealous of your sauna Marc! I would love to have access to one of those. Some lovely looking meals through your day and I am not suprised you used to be a chef. Your meals looks and sound like they would be delicious. I am partial to a bit of black sticky yeast extract on toast 😂
Thanks Ben, with some application I can make some nice meals :D I'm just about to head out on my run, have a great Sunday mate, you're doing great in running and RU-vid and being a Dad :D
Marc, You both have a lovely home!❤ It's Marmite vs. Nutella in my house. Along with a concoction of leftover potatoes and veggies "Bubble and Squeak" I'm 50% Welsh. So I can relate to your taste. British sweets! Great video 👍 Sooo envious of that Sauna! Zanzara🦟🦟👊! S.W.A.T team. :-)))
haha, hopefully the Nutella isn't with the bubble and squeak. Thanks Beverly, and yes I realise how lucky I am to have the sauna at home.... don't think I'll be using it too much in the warmer months, as it will heat up the house even more :P
im born and raised in the states but my mum is from coventry and i still have a fair amount of family in england. i grew up always having marmite in the house and love it, although most people i know from the states haven't heard from it or didn't appreciate me introducing them to it
Looks like a perfect lifestyle there, just getting back into running training for a 10k. New to the channel so forgive me if you answer this a lot, but are you both vegan?
@@runningwithmarc going well so far thank you, got about two stone to lose though! Went from football 4/5 times a week to nothing after we had a baby last year. We’re all vegan too and I’ve found my recovery time between runs is so much better
@@yesrof5933 yes I have noticed that effect also for me. Good to hear your now back on track with the fitness. And hopefully a little more regular sleep now 😬
a quick google of 'why honey isn't vegan' will pretty much summarise why/what... but the vegan honey is basically sugar with some other flavourings. It's not amazing, but it was good. Thanks for watching.
@@runningwithmarc I see. I didn't know that. "Steal the real. Sell back the fake." On that note. When we are starting to wear "vegan" shoes? So you know we are going back/advance to customization of the shoe with repairs? And most importantly we stop with industrialized workforce exploitation and enormous shareholder/CEO profits. Or is better to teach kids to become influencers and have bullshit jobs?
Never tried them, so can't really comment. But I'm not so interested to test them neither. If you have really good running form then maybe it would be fine.... also I guess that if you run with bad running form in them, you will find out quickly. Just some thoughts.
