Is worth it to buy supra? I have offer for 3,0 manual 2023 but i own Volvo S60 2019 186kW and I didnt see that but my volvo is actually luxurious car and i had to give up so many little nice to have things just for SPEEEEEEEEED and sound of car... I cant decide...i want car thats make noise, but also atleast some of luxury...sadly i cant affor porsche that have both xD
Actually you'll be surprised. I recently bought a NEW car and the best interest I got was 5.05%. I asked the finance manager what's wrong and he's like "buddy you're the lowest interest I've seen in 6 months".
@@singular9 given the same credit history, new car loans are always lower than used, but yeah 6-8% seems to be the norm now, even with a good credit score, which is CRAZY to me... that would be enough for me to just want to save up and pay cash. literally paying like 5-10k in interest alone with those kind of rates.... that's roughly 15%-20% of the price of the average MSRP range...

There is a quick fix for the trunk shutting when you close the door. There are two knobs in the trunk that can be twisted. Play around with that to get it just right so it won't shut on you when closing the door.
Quick tip on the apple car play disconnecting(or it doesn't connect when you start the car). Just turn on airplane mode on your phone and turn it back off and it will connect to the car again within 30 seconds. I own a supra and I figured out that works best.
i agree with all of your points although the sound system can be improved a bit if you do the subwoofer mod! the subs are more than capable, but toyota didn't port them for some reason which really kills the quality of the bass
i have a fix for the apple carplay problem, go to entertainment > manager personal devces > your phone > make sure apple car play is connected and scroll down and select connect device. this is only a temporary solution but it works
You forgot the wind buffeting/thrumming issue when both windows are down and you're 35-50 mph..... (however, easily fixed with a couple aftermarket deflectors that really aren't even noticeable). ALL these THINGS!!!! But, I still love mine....
I have a 14 Corvette Z51 7 spd manual and I have the same problem getting my phone to sync with the stereo. My Jeep doesn't connect very fast either. I don't understand why this is a problem.
It's pretty funny but the climate control sync issue exists on every F8x platform, which MKV's interior is pretty much based off. It's kind of disturbing.
Just FYI. There is a way to get the climate control to sync. Go and find a rubber band and attach 1 end to the drivers side knob. Attach the other end to the passenger side knob. Problem solved. 😂
buy an older e89 chassis Z4 35i or 35is... bit of less known bargain... cheaper ( less or no debt) probably hold its value better... already depreciated... Its actually a real BMW (lol) Can be a coupe and a roadster...Roof comes off!! instead of horrid wind buffeting when you open windows in a Supra... has a trunk release on the trunk(the rear badge is a release handle ) ecu is unlocked and has tunes for less than 500 bucks... n54 engine has lot of cheap aftermarket parts... M-DCT transmission instead of torque converter... also has a manual... Looks timeless.. design won multiple design awards.... no fake vents.... more customization options from factory...more individual options like interior colours, trim options ... extended leather option and so on.... Better soundsystem: 14 speaker / 650 Watt / HIFI Professional Surround Sound in the e89 Z4 instead of 12-speaker / 500Watt/ JBL HiFi Surround Sound system in the Supra... no ugly stuckondash screen... screen folds nicely away like in a rolls or bentley.... Did not have Carplay from factory but you can add it for like 400 bucks to the existing idrive if you care about it....
I've been dreaming of a Toyota and would love that one but can't justify 60 grand on a daily driver! However my Mini Cooper S has all the same problems you have... I don't let them bother me!

@@jklmnop-543 the JATCO JR913E from Mercedes (9G Tronic) should be bulletproof. I imagine it'll handle big power pretty easily. It's used in the Titan & Frontier.
Ok apple car play fix in my rav4 is unplug phone, hold down the volume wheel button until system restarts, unlock phone, plug in phone after system restart. I have more functional apple car play in my 1979 pickup I put a head unit in than my 2022 $50fuckingthousanddollar rav4. Thx for video bro. Can't wait for the supra to be my mid life crisis car.
I can fix like 3 of these really fast. The trunk closing after closing the door, just undo the two dampers so that when popped, it raises the trunk even more and if car play doesn’t connect or disconnects. Go to your phones widget screen and hit the bullseye looking logo where the music would be and then select car play and it try’s to connect again.

I think the issue with the vents is that instead of saying we went with fake vents because our testing showed that we got better mpg with no vents. With vents, our testing showed no performance gain. Instead they went with, it's for the aftermarket to utilize.

It’s funny you said you hate when people tell you nice BMW but on the flip side I have a Z4 M40i the sister car of the Supra and many times in my city not too many people know about that car or when they ask me what it is I just tell them that it’s a Toyota Z4.😁

Because 99% of the time I’m driving alone because I have no friends and no one who cares about me??? I do like that it has dual climate, but there should be a way to have them sync and also be separate when you want them to be. If I’m driving alone I don’t want two different temperatures coming out.
