In my opinion, I honestly prefer the clean look but you're the owner and the decision is yours. However I would go for the carbon fiber air intakes.

I prefer the look of no stickers but really its your car, do what feels right to you. As you said if you don't want them on there after a while you can take them off. My vote is for no stickers.

The absolute best cinematography on RU-vid. Period. Insane to think it is applied to cars, and Porsche of all brands! My absolute favourite. I love silver cars with black accents - I wouldn’t swap the air instales to carbon and I love the stock wheels

I would keep it clean, change the plastic part to carbon and put BBS fi-r ore e88’s on the car and retrim the steering wheel so the 12 hour marker is red

The look with the stickers will make it better, it won't be too much because it will blend in with the silver color, go for it Luke! Looks amazing that 911!!

Go for it with the stickers, it’s a “two-way door” as they say. And why not play, it is a GT3 after all. Personally I love the black wheels with a silver car. But whatever you choose will look sweet so I can’t wait to see. Love your channel.

Fun fact- my 991.1 RS has a center marker in ORANGE that was an option. I went crazy on gulf livery and orange powder coated custom Vossen wheels, along with gulf colored houndstooth seat inserts. It is fully MY RS!! Cheers to you and yours.

You can't go wrong with JCR, a great choice! I think the wheel design is spot on for these cars, I just wouldn't have them in black. Decals, you should try them on while your wheels are black, then perhaps remove when you change your wheel colour/design.

I really like the montage at 4:05 where you show the thing you're about to talk in a couple seconds so that the viewer's attention is not divided between what they see and what they hear. Like we know what you're talking about from the get-go as soon as you start talking about it. Details like these make the watch truly relaxing, yet memorable. I don't think there's any better car for you than the 991 GT3/GT3 RS. I restrained myself from commenting on the first video but I want to express so bad how great of a choice you've made so here I am. I actually had no idea .1 and .2 are so similar, because for whatever reason in my head 991.1 was... 997.3? Sort of a weird mix of 997.2 and 991.1. With that being said, 991.2 GT3 RS in GT Silver is no longer my dream car. 991 is, whether it be .1 or .2. I just can't think of a better spec for this car. Looks so much better than the 992 as well imo. Much more of those iconic round shapes going on around this one. I never really thought about the lever but you've got a point. If it's doable at a somewhat reasonable price, I would definitely go for the 992 lever. Love the red on black seat inserts, such a lovely amount of red details in this one. A cherry on top would be black seatbelts with similar stitched red offset stripe. As for the wheels and the stickers, silver wheels and black spec would make for a dream spec for me. But I can already tell you're gonna go with gold wheels as per usual and those will fit good anyways. I just don't think black ones are the stuff. Stickers are a must imo. The 991 font looks so much better than the 992 too. I just don't see not going with them as a viable option. Long ass essay. Anyways, thanks for the video, can't wait for spring and some new ones. :)

Congrats on the car! Personal dream car for me as well. With the GT Silver I would personally add the stickers if you plan on staying with black or grey wheels. The car looks very technical IMO in GT Silver and the contrast with the Silver/Black is beautiful. If you MUST change the wheels opt for something lighter. BBS FI-R in Black or Gunmetal, Forgeline GS1R or GE1s in black or gunmetal. Essex /AP Brakes / Pads, Carbon intakes, and a Dundon titanium muffler and call it a day. Just enough to make it your own without going crazy... enjoy!

I went with a Grey GT3 RS decal. I wish you could see it. It gives you the decal when viewing it from a 60ish degree angle. However when the view is more like at 10:17 you don't really see them. They just disappear, giving a very clean look. Also being in grey, they don't become the prominent design feature. They just compliment the real things like the vents, wheels and wing. I have a weissach .2 with a painted hood in GT silver, so the comparison would be similar. If you reach out I'll share a photo. PS: get the carbon mirror caps. The added contrast to the profile is nice.

Stickers on and retrim the yellow steering wheel marker for yellow, job done. Silver and black for the bodywork and wheels, red seat inserts, calipers and steering wheel 12 o'clock stripe for a touch of bling.

I vote no on the stickers but I don’t like stickers on any car. That car especially doesn’t need to announce what it is. What a machine. Love the exhaust.

Love the car! Again congrats! Its just a perfect choice. I like the GT3RS with stickers and I also like the stock wheels a lot. Maybe you could put the little Weissach or RS stickers on the blades of the Wing? I quite like that on the white and green 992 GT3RS Porsche used in the press. Cheers

Weissgold wheels and no stickers for me. I’ve always loved the look of GT3 cup cars before any of the team and sponsor graphics are applied.

normally I don't like colorful stickers like the red one. But in black it completes the whole look. I would put them on. Not to crazy so the focus isn't drawn to it too much. But a nice feature, where your focus can rest a bit.

BBS LM wheels look really good on the gen 1 991 imo

Luke, loving your channel and living vicariously through you. Clean look vs the decal, do a side by side comparison with another car in the same colour as yours with the decal. Much easier than applying the decal, only to be removing it if you find you don’t like it. Bonus would be that if you find you prefer the clean look, you then get to sell the new decal still intact.

Have a 992 shifter on my Gt3 as well, feels much better. About wheels, BBS E88/89 with gold centers will looks stunning on gt silver car

My take on 991 GT3 RS mods: - Full titanium exhaust + headers - DB carbon parts for all interior and exterior plastic trims - 992 like pdf shifter - Removable paint to some rare color - 50% tints all round Wheels and suspension kept stock

IMO: No stickers, Weiss-gold painted stock wheels. I think that'll make for an impeccable look.

Wintertyres on a GT3 RS?! I don’t think so 🤪 And please don’t fiddle with the gearlever 🙏🏼 I have the grey satin OEM wheels on mine (GT-silver 991.1 GT3 RS) and have decided to paint them Weissgold during spring. I just adore that combo, light gold and silver gt. I would MAYBE choose a pianoblack airintake, never a CRP though. On the other hand, altering that part should naturally lead to changing the louvres the same way. I also have the black decals on mine, think they look awesome. They’re also a nod to the old ’73 RS. If you like the decals, and I sure do, put them on. If you don't, please don't be that guy that does what the crowd says. There is no pleasing everyone, you are what matters. I'd go silver on the wheels if it was mine, do some online looking or playing around with tweaking photos to see how silver will look on the car. Black isn't happening, at all....last but not least, you really got the sound spot on. It really sounds wonderful.

I've got 18x10 inch silver Sport Classics on my 02 3.2 liter 986 Boxster S; (Midnight Metalic blue) lowered, widened Fabspeed Exhaust, Numeric Shifter etc. The look as far wheels go, is hard to beat. I have toyed with the idea of painting them in gold also. If anything going gold might be a horizontal move; not better not worse, just different in my case... With your silver color Porsche gold or even bronze might work. Far as the decals go, yes put them on why not? You're going to anyway 😂

All the small changes are very tastefull! Really like the clean look! You could try the 992 RS magnesium wheels (5/10 spokes). They would still have the OEM feel with the benefit of a fresher look. Keep up the great work! Really enjoy your videos! :)

Luke I have your same car, same color. The shifter is a nice easy mod. I also painted my stock wheels in the same blue as the new 4 and 3 RS. My track wheels are gold.
