Coming from a veryyyy long fifa player (been sweating UT since 13) this is gotta be my last year on the game, maybe im getting older but wtf am i playing most of the time. Everything is so automatic nowadays, skill gap feels non existent
skill gap is non existent this year. not even an exaggeration. 95% of your games will be decided by who gets the slightly better connection to the mudded server and/or who has the most pay to win team to compensate for the lag. you will beat someone better than you by way of rng finishing and deflections/rebounds and then lose to someone who is trash the next game but has eusebio, mbappe maldini gullit zidane etc from spamming store packs to complete every single meta player sbc.

The game felt like this for me since I touched div 4 after 6 years of not playing ultimate team. New patch is about spreading out the opponent or playing park the bus simulator. It really sucks
This weekend i lost so much and some games i felt dda in my favor as well. From doing skill moves i did not mean to perform or passes that i did not mean to press. The dda and game play have been all over the place. I actually just want to play a game without any bs. I just want to play thats all. But shit man when you log on its such a random number game that i just have to leave and come back a few hours later. 😅
Finally they fixed the cut backs tap ins. Ahahhah. So funny to see the rats struggling. A9skills just play football instead of the rat plays like you were doing. You can play good football if you try!
True bro i yesterday i played all my games ended up winning only 10. Yes it was late and i was tired and in a hurry i'đ getting old but still.. very odd gameplay and i didn't enjoy not a single match.. truth be told some opponents were very good (europe) but i wasnt enjoying it like i said and i ended up switching formations every two games But, what can you do? it is what it is..
Skillz im having the exact same issue before patch the 4132 was soo enjoyable to use and the game was fun the last week everythings changed players are out of position passes aint going to where you want cant score a goal i dont get how a game can make patches to improve the game but somehow make the game worse every single patch i genuingly think this is the worse patch they have ever done
This new patch is even worse than the last one. I didn’t play champs this weekend and I’m honestly glad I didn’t. I played like 8 division rivals today and the gameplay was so bad. I have 1gb internet speed yet for some reason I’m lagging and my 99 pace players feel like they are wearing a weighted vest and ankle weights.
I agree. Im most mad about them mudding skill moves. I used to always use skill moves and destroying players with them brought so much joy, and now im thinking of moving to 2k.
I did what you said and unfortunately had to drop to the 4231 but its gettign results and playing better Wing backs stay back overlap Cdms cover centre stay back cut passing lanes Lam and ram come back on defence get in box for crosses Cam stay foward stay on edge free roam St stay central get in behind stay foward This is has helped a lot went from struggling to score to scoring 4-5 a game and conceding less in the process
I feel your pain so much. Was 11-3 on WL last night, but the sweat to try more is not worth it. Everyone parks the bus and the rewards don't make it worth it to go for me. Just gave 6 wins away to at least feel like I made the experience better to someone else
Yeah bro I went from getting 12 wins to barely getting 6 this weekend so I agree. Game feels different. Some days is in my favor and others isn’t. Some days my players play like sayayins. Other days they’re garbage. No idea. I’m 26 I been playing fifa my whole life.

Same story for me as well after patch its so hard to score all the games maximum you score 1 or 2 this fut champ I won so mamy games with 1 nill or 2-1 up there is no way to score and the most annoying thing is those nonsen blocks centerback are doing
If you're angry imagine the experience for a standard player that doesn't have a sweaty meta team. The amount of times you can be a clearly better player and get 10 green timed shots saved /hit post and opponents one shot on goal go in. Fed up is an understatement
I was feeling a like this for a while man. But honestly at this point I don’t really care and am just playing for fun. Trying out formations that aren’t 4321 or 4132 and also using cards and teams you wouldn’t see often. Just play weekend league and play with a new team every 3 games or so.
It feels soo good for me that a fifa content creator who’s been at it for sooo fucking long is speaking my mind. They patch the game too much but people also complain too much. People moan about Finesse they patch it, people moan about cutbacks they patch it, people moan about trivelas they patch it. So it’s hard to score goals and 8 people are in the box defending! AI defending is far too strong and it’s a shame they have gone this way because they want to make as much money as possible rather than make a beautiful game
I'm noticing something that no one's talking about after patch that's been killing me 3/10 times I do a through ball the pass is meant for the player making a forward run but the game swaps me to a player behind the guy making the pass and I end up giving possession away and what's annoying about it is it's always on a amazing run I make with the player I'm trying to pass to
My second fifa.. first was fifa23 and even though I am not an old player I feel like fc24 is not fun it makes me a person that i regret next morning. But I love football so can’t leave it.
Im elite. Get 16 wins at least every week. Got 9 wins with 2 games left so far. Losing to absolute trash players. I cant tackle, skills dont work. Left stick is just emabrassing now. I will lose to corner kicks, crosses and rebounds. Game is done.
“I’ve never in all my years of fifa have I struggled to score like this” I feel like you say this at least twice a year😂 I took a few years off so idk if the last fifa’s were as offensive as this year started out, but idt games should have on average 8-20 total goals in the game. Because soooooo many matches ended 5-4, 8-6, 7-2 etc… That’s not normal and it’s why just about every striker has more goals than games in stats. I am not good enough to the point where I should be scoring 10+ goals in multiple WL games
Yeah right.. how cool would it be to play 90 minutes for a 0:0 - finally some realism. The Problem here is the insane ai-defending in addition to the miserable finishing, wich the patch made both even worse.
@@martinneuen4992 I’m not saying 0-0 is fun, but the game was way more balanced in the past. You didn’t hear the commentators say things like “I have to look way back to remember the last 5-4 scoreline I’ve witnessed” But now I hear that in 1 of every 5 games. I’m never great defensively, but I’ve never been this bad defensively in any fifa except when I first started playing FUT. Gameplay is worse now, but it’s been bad all year honestly. The problem is they took the only enjoyable things away from the attacking. Nerfed R1, nerfed finesse, nerfed trivela. All without adding any balance anywhere else on the offensive side
I’m convinced that you only have to be ok at this game but with the right tactics. It turns people into pros. I’ve played against guys that I know are only good because of tactics. Pressure tactics and abusing the glitches in the game. Russian cross, cut back pass for tap in goals
Had the same games the defense blocked everything my players miss/ hit the post I try block boom pen was so close to quick sell or discard my whole team and uninstalled this game won’t be playing next year.
Haha yeah so true he talks about how he can't do anything but he just wants those cutbacks and extra passes infront of goal, literally shoot the ball at the angles if your open have a strike.
Am I the only one that sees skills keep trying to sweat over and over and it’s not working but when he has the opportunity to run through a defender he opts for the extra pass?

Players are running around the field like they have no place or instructions like headless chickens. its ridicolous. they keep making the game worse and worse with updates.
I think they nerfed VVD. Something about defensive game play has been changed. Been experiencing a lot of gaps left In the back and gold VVD has just been bad.
I won't lie thr patch made defining worse, but I suggest playing against wolrd class AI on squad battles, just 5 matches in a row, you'll find something I promise, I've been winning 7-0 easily because of that lately
VVD was still a beast for me, but his partner (90 Evo Hiroki Ito) played WAY better this weekend. They definitely changed something though. My 41212 tactic (a formation I usually struggle with defensively) was COOKING offensively and defensively

Playing FIFA used to be fun. You played for fun. Now it’s honestly like doing homework. The only incentive for you to play, is to get packs so you hopefully get some players that you can put into an SBC. I’ve been playing UT since the beginning and I have never fun the game so unrewarding and broken.

Its sad that this game is so bad, because a lot of people really love football, and just want to play damn football, not these lame ass meta formations, cutbacks, corner glitches, keeper movement, 8 defenders in the box and on top of all of that, we have inconsistent gameplay whereby if it's bad, we are forced to leave the game, come back and play later, to get slightly better gameplay, to get shit rewards, to put into worthless SBCs and do the whole thing all over again?....... nah bro, this aint a game anymore man, its a job.
The patch is really bad I’m ngl I can see scripting in every single match even when playing bums but I still have been cooking using 4321 w 60 width on offense w 60 depth on defense and 40 width. I average 16 wins while goin to school n being w my girl all day finishing it all in one day usually prolly could go 19-1 if I spread matches out but yea usually d1 or elite every fifa aswell 4321 is superior u have to use it
It went from bad to worse with this game.. this game is so bad. This is not a "skill issue" type of thing..the game is just not fun. And all these big packs and promo cards so early in the game wtf
I don't even play champs and I have a pretty good team. No point in even playing champs as it's too sweaty. This game has the WORST gameplay out of the past 5 fifa's/Ea FC's. All they care about is store packs which I will NOT open
Mix it with a big spoon of toxicity and some really stupid "ping-pong-my defernders are mentally challenged-goals" and this kinda summs up my WL experience. Seems like they do most the sbcs and the whole gameplay just to make people, who are new to the game feel better. But all i face is toxic pifa addicts all the time. What a fun game!!!
