Sgpanda 863 Well, pretty much Darkiplier is exactly what it sounds like: a dark, evil demon version of Markiplier. It started off as just a fan thing back when Markiplier uploaded a video 5 years ago titled "Don't Blink", which was supposed to be a creepy video and started the term "Darkiplier" in the comments. The fanbase would call him this name whenever Mark wasn't "acting normal" and started making fanfiction and fan games featuring Darkiplier. Soon, Mark began to notice this and "Dark" became something he would sneak in his videos sometimes as a little glitch or something and then it became full videos about his evil persona, "Darkiplier". If you've seen Mark's other videos that feature Wilford Warfstache, his wacky murderous comedian companion, Darkiplier is like another companion in his videos. Also, if you've ever watched Jacksepticeye, you'd know he also has an evil counterpart called Antisepticeye, which is a bit similar to Darkiplier. So, to sum it up, Dark is practically like a twisted twin brother to Mark. Although as of late, the fan base has come to acknowledge Darkiplier as a separate being, rather than one of Mark's many alter egos, such as Wilford Warfstache as I mentioned earlier. Anyway, I hope I cleared some things up for you!
