damn, for the first time in my life I actually considered square space as an actual legitimate tool I might use. This is how you do a sponsored video, they should pay you double for that
This has been literally the best (and longest) ad I've watched and enjoyed every bit of it. I am planning to use square space for my next website since I don't like bothering with the front end that much
Squarespace is up there to. As much as this guy vouches for them, Squarespace still looks unprofessional. A proper webpage is a proper webpage. But you know who could use Squarespace? Con artists who design webpages for boomers. Now the page looks really cool until they just take the boomer's money and vanish. Now boomer is stuck with Squarespace. And a possible legal problem. Of which Squarespace was not legally binding.
If you came for the "my sister in law was getting married" comments, sort by time, skip down to 2018 or earlier (will take a couple minutes), search for the few statements where it was said (will take more minutes) and then marvel at how most of them still don't have comments or likes on them (aka: there's nothing new to see). Or just realize he already put all of them in the other video (except one) and thus it is a waste of time to hunt for them
At this stage I'm seriously considering signing up for squarespace, even though I don't particulary want a website right now, because they are doing what youtube should be doing and paying my favourite creators.
RU-vid red pays about 10% of my total ad revenue from youtube. It wasn't a bad idea, but the poor execution means it isn't a solution to the problem of creator payment. The problem is that the content is so mediocre: youtube really seem to believe people will sign up to watch Logan Paul "act". That said I might be signing up just to see the new Karate Kid stuff.
I actually get excited seeing "sponsored content" from channels I like. Because it means the channel is doing well enough to get sponsorship offers which supports the creators. :D
@@spanishpizzagirl4126 Honestly thought he meant his brother's wife... then I thought that would be a really weird thing to say, then I considered divorce/remarriage. I completely skipped over the wife's family for no reason. So YES it can be confusing (if you forget really basic stuff)!
I really like how genuine this is. This is the most convincing video on Squarespace so far, and I would probably use it if I needed a website (which, unfortunately, I don't).
Why does this 919 comment buried under comments with absolutely no attention given to them Fran Seriously check this out you have been buried by RU-vid

Wow, this was so good! Out of all the sponsor ads of it i’ve seen, this is the first time i’ve ever thought “dang, Squarespace sounds great!” I’ve worked with tons of restrictive website templates myself, and when you showed how squarespace literally allows u to customize and rearrange everything, thats when i was impressed!
Just listened to this great audio book on Audible about shaving. So I pulled out my dollar shave club razor and used all the techniques I learned. I was amazed at how smooth my face once. Later that night I went to bed on my Casper mattress, and as I was relaxing on the best mattress I have ever had, I had an amazing idea. I should blog this experience. But how exactly? Then I thought, I’ll make a website! But how I hear you ask! The answer: Square Space
Michael Gallagher and as I was blogging I realized I felt like going to a baseball game but didn’t want to look at multiple sites for the right seats so what do I do? I download seat geek the best application to find the best seats for the best price
When I finally started my business, I realized that I needed to buy supplies but how do I find the cheapest price online? That's right, I use Honey, which helps you find the cheapest prices whenever you're shopping online, no matter what website you're on!
after all the squarespace sponsored vids i’ve seen, this is the first one that actually laid out what they offer in an entertaining way that’s not just stuck at the end of the video where I just click off once I see the ad start. and I learned something and answered a burning question!
If I do ever want to start a website for my own, I'm definitely getting Austin's link. This video is one of those few videos where I consider buying sponsor's product. Great job Austin!
I feel that this was quite a good and informative video. I never really understood how videos are sponsored, so the 'backroom' look was appreciated. As to specifically sqaurespace, giving a full review and your impressions is quite reassuring, along with proving your promises. You're a good creator mate.
Those bastards better have paid you like 10x the usual amount, this is the first time I didn't ignore a Squarespace ad out of the hundreds I must have seen (skipped actually) and Squarespace is now my #1 choice if I need a website. Also I kind of want a website now. Also my tech illiterate grandma might want it for her jewelry website so I'll probably tell her about it.
Oh yeah I really hope that for him because now they got me. And if me save thousands others and that’s worth something, there is only one thing missing the need for a website... but if...
This comment is made possible by Sqaurespace. This comment section would not have been possible without their sponsorship of this video. (and possibly the many many people who're actually signing for Squarespace)
That ... was... amazing. You managed to actually make an intresting sponsored video , where the product placment doesnt feel like a chore to the viewer but is the topic of a well produced video. I really wish for your chanell's growth
Murzynka Zgwałcenie Did you even listen to the vid at all? You're probably one of those people who would scream "SELLOUT!!!1!!" just because their video's are sponsored. Chill out man
Joe Chalk Plus usually the sponsorships segments happen at the end of the video and so one can just close the video if they don't want to watchthat last segment.
I have to agree. I spend a LOT of time on RU-vid and this is one of the best new channels I've come across in quite a long time. He's mastering the video editorial formula.
1: amazing way of making a sponsored video whilst actually earning more respect from myself and I'm sure others 2: this video made me absolutely love your channel and at least you in the way you portray yourself online. (Which I'm fairly confident is the real Austin based on your transparency)
Usually this would piss me off because the entire video is an ad but it's so well done that I sat through the entire thing and was legitimately entertained.
I've seen "This video is brought to you by SquareSpace" so many times that it's just become white noise in my brain now, and I honestly forgot what it was.
Thanks Austin. I've been wondering how this works and have debated myself if I will eventually opt for sponsored videos if I my channel grows that large. Thanks for giving us some insight of what to expect.
this is the most persuasive sponsored ad i’ve ever seen... i can watch the entire thing and also feel like i want to try out squarespace even though i’ve seen countless of them in the past... (or maybe bc i rlly hated making websites from scratch)
I thought this was just gonna be some video explaining about ads but then I slowly realized that this might be the best ad for squarespace per buck. where most ppl only mention it on the start and end of their videos that eat up maybe half their video length, this one is entirely about the ad and in a not intrusive way nonetheless. Lol, nice one!
You know, you have given the best square space sponserd vid/read ive seen. I will definitely use squate space if i ever need a website. Thanks for the beautiful vid
Many years I have heard of "Squarespace"... This is the first video ... that I honestly believe in... I'll check them out... Thanks... This video is a great advertisement for Squarespace.
“This video is sponsored by Reyd shedo lejends” “This video is sponsored by Squarespace” “This video is sponsored by Wix” “This video is sponsored by Honey” I mean this even became a small scale meme in our school because all the well known content creators like Wendover, Cleetus McFarland, you, Infographics show, Itsjusta6 etc. have these sponsors...
