oh boy, i do love this man, but the most important thing my mum taught me (apart from packing a water bottle whenever i go out) is to _never_ skip on breakfast!! doesn't matter if it's bread, crackers, yogurt or something else, as long as you eat something when you wake up.
My favorite was when he said "I would probably make a meatloaf with a WHOLE BLOCK OF CHEESE in the middle". He goes from cutting out dairy to putting an entire block of cheese in a meatloaf. 🤣
Would you put human breast milk in your coffee ? Do you realise it’s more natural for you to consume human breast milk than cow breast milk. I’m not saying we should consume human breast milk. I’m just saying the fact that we have been taught to believe we need cow milk is insane.
It takes time after a break up to be able to do that. In the beginning of my current breakup I couldn't even hear my ex's name without tearing up. Now I can talk a bit about him.
@@itssteph263 thanks😊❤ ..it has been like 3 months since the breakup. we were together for 2 months but we were a pretty great couple together,we lived together for a bit and we broke up because i wasn't attracted to him anymore so..yeah..it's been hard so far but everyday i'm getting over him a little bit more. Maybe we'll have a comeback even though i don't support that but i don't know..
Ram Danielle so true 😂 but I can’t blame him. I’m half Italian (but am from Brazil) and I put olive oil in literally everything that I cook....it’s just so good!!
You shouldn’t cook with olive oil - the low smoke point means you’re breathing in carcinogens. Olive oil should only ever be eaten at room temp (I don’t know if it’s ok chilled)
“I don’t eat breakfast” continues on to describe the most breakfasty breakfast of all the breakfasts. Thank you guys. Donate to an organization that isn’t the Red Cross to support the Bahamas after Hurricane Dorian!
@@felicitybowen9754 Hi, my mum works for the redcross and that's not true (at least in wales)! All money goes to the charity and the managers are paid by the government, but if the shop raises over £2000 in a week the managers get a bonus, which might be what you're talking about.
Antoni: I’ve basically cut out a lot of dairy but I still have a little... Also Antoni: when I do have breakfast...vegemite and butter... snack at dad’s: when I do, I eat the shit out of cheese... dinner: meatloaf stuffed with a brick of cheddar cheese dessert: whipped cream and strawberries 🥛 🐮
I’ve never really been a fan of the vegemite and avo together. Mainly cos I can’t spread either of them if one of already on the bread. And I’m not talented enough to slice the avo haha
Oh you have to watch queer eye! It's the best. For the last few months since there hasn't been a season going, I have been re-watching seasons 1 through 4 and it just makes me happy. It doesn't even feel like re-watching something. It just feels joyful and meaningful.
he mentioned the grocery store that i currently work at. i can't believe his dad lives outside of stowe. or well, i can believe it considering a lot of celebs have vacation or part time homes in that area but still!!!!!!!
I had a friend from Australia that made me try Vegemite. It's not something I'd eat regularly, but I didn't mind the taste of it at all. It's just basically a yeast paste, so i never knew why a lot of people found it gross.
USCHI LOU I think the reason I like marmite so much is because I ate and still do yeast on toast. If you mix braggs liquid aminos and nutritional yeast it tastes just like marmite.
And I was wondering how a daily meal was 7 mins long! 😂😂😂 So detailed and I love it ! Exactly how I feel about food. Can I be his bestie ?? I’m Canadian too 🙋🏼♀️
OMG Antoni! Vegemite needs to be spread thinly over a very buttery toast! No Australian slathers on Vegemite - it's too intense. It's always about the vegemite / butter ratio! Very important point, or people will be traumatised for life! hahaha
As an Aussie....YESSS to your loaded vegemite toast for brekky! It's the best combination. Thank you for the garlic idea. Trying that first thing in the morning X
@Marika II Well it depends on the person but most people just put a very fine amount on their toast, always with butter or margarine. My brother has it really thick though, I prefer just a light smear of it.
@@rebekahcrichton6453 mate it's banging isn't it. I've never tried Vegemite to be honest. But omg Marmite with cheese on toast was a recommendation I was given at uni and it's actually amazing.
I have the same "breakfast" ritual and it's the best thing ever. I eat at noon first, I am less tired, can afford to eat bigger portions of healthy food and I sleep like a baby..
I think the egg dish sounds amazing!!! Wow your a sexy chef!!! I love dates too, they taste like candy!!! You sound like an amazing FOODIE That's why you look so great then!!! 👑😀😀😀😀
I could seriously listen to Antoni go on and on about food for hours :D Also, my dad lives in Vermont too, so it makes me happy hearing him talk all about it! :P
@@sofiamanolakis8214 he says in the video his dad lives in stowe vermont. upon researching this statement, i found that his father is a dr. at a hospital in central vermont. also ottawa is 4 hours from vermont.....our state shares a border with quebec though
@@cindymarcelle5744 oh ok i heard him say his dad and sister came from ottawa. But also i know ottawa is 4 hours away but its still close. I lived in montreal for almost 20 years and currently live in Ottawa again so i know qc shares a border but yeah to me its still close but i totally misunderstood what he said. My bad :)
Sometimes the way he talks reminds me of the scene in parks and rec when Chris and Anne are ordering wine at a restaurant and she talks just like him, and its sorta creepy but still relatable. That but with Antoni and Jonathan.
OATLY! I also do an oatly iced latte every morning. It knocks almond milk out of the park. Only downside to plantbased milks is that they don't do very well with frothing for hot coffee drinks.
