As one Tom to another, this helped me to feel confident in buying the X7, just one thing would have helped more would have been how easy is it to buy an extra battery, if they are available as well. Many items I have bought over the years I found after purchase, the battery was either built in and not replaceable and far to difficult to access and repair or the removable battery was nowhere to be found for sale. The other model Vacuum I nearly bought had a removable battery, but they weren't listed anywhere to be bought and every page had not in stock and unsure if it ever would be and it was only a one year old model ? Thank you for the review

Hi Tom great review. Could you advise how wide the floor cleaning head is? I've found in other stick vacs the head tends to be quite narrow adding to the overall cleaning time/passes.
