Amazing job and thank you to everyone at FoxRest, Matt, Jenn and Della! Amazing team that they have over there! And thank you again Matt for a great video! Hope to see everyone at FoxResto on 4/16!!
One of my absolute favourite fellas to chat with on IG and YT! Ron, that car is an absolute beauty 😍. Thank goodness there are folks out there like Matt and the folks at Fox Resto that can help us preserve these awesome cars. Great job as always Gearhead - killing it 💪🦊💚
I'm just here for the bloopers haha. I love videos like this one, Matt! That smile on Ron's face says it all. Congrats on finding such a nice fox, Ron!
Thanks and sorry for responding late! It was great to see them beat Dook on the way to the national championship game. Maybe if they won it I could've request that photo! LOL
@@GearHead704 I wish I had known before you drilled into your trunk lid. It looked like you used a wood bit. I have a set of collars you can put on your bit and tighten the set screw at desired depth, Matt should know about them. I'm 70 and still climbing on, in and under cars. 😆 Hope to have my 87 Foxbody Hatch ready to drive to the Woodward Dream Cruise in Aug. I'm only about 40mi's away. Maybe I'll have it painted by then...possibly by Adam at Hunts Body Shop. I have a Harley Road King that's Sinister Blue Pearl, would like to match my car to it, if not I like the Carbonized Gray BREW2L Painted his project car. All the best Jeffrey aka Bronze Eagle, maybe I should be Bronze Eagle Fox. 😄
Now I see why theres a wait for my 92 Notchback to get its inspection at Fox Resto. Can't wait to be contacted for my drop off. I got lots of plan's for my car and look forward to working with Matt and the crew to make it 100%.
Great video Matt! Matt and the Fox Resto team do such a fantastic job. I know Ron will smile every time he drives his Fox. Thanks to them, I know I do!
I have recently purchased a 1987 mustang 5.0 gt convertible. T have thus far put over 5k ito fixing it. My problem now is both rear windows hesitate when closing them and I have to pull the to get hem all the way closed. I think I need to change both the motors. I the any way to check what the problem is before I tear this thing apart
Awesome video brother. Thanks for sharing. They did a lot of work on that car. Looks amazing. Keep the content coming. Hope you and TIFF have an incredible night. Much love and RESPECT
I enjoyed this one almost as much as a roast video. I had the full roast treatment a couple of months ago and I'm slowly working on the repairs. I think the thing I enjoy the most about the videos with Matt is the fact that he is so giving with his knowledge. I learn stuff every time you feature him in a video. Keep up the good work!
This is a hard question to answer only because it varies tremendously on parts. I specifically requested OEM parts whenever possible which can be quite a bit more expensive than say a generic or aftermarket part.
Matt you pick some good cars to feature on your channel that is definitely a beautiful 87 vert. that would be a great car to add to the collection that tar heel Nemesis and your GT would be a great collection to have Matt! so matt & Fox resto team definitely did an amazing job on that car with the weather stripping and the windows lining up probably better than factory I'm definitely digging it is that what tarheel used to look like before the paint job and everything when you first got it?? have a good one talk to you another time... keep up the great vids
Is it possible to know what price range a job like that is? I would love to ship my Foxbody to Matt to get it running like new again. I have a 1992 fox that my dad gave me after graduating high school. He bought it in 1999 from his friend with 50K miles. I remember driving back home with him. It currently has 186K miles and it runs okay. Thanks for the awesome videos, Matts!
