(6:20) The white round sign with lines across does not mean "no speed limit". It means it's base speed. The base speed on motorways in Germany is no speed limit. But this technical distance is important because other types of roads in Germany, as well as motorways on other countries do have base speed limits. So if you think that sign means no speed limit anywhere you see it, you'll likely get tickets as well as being a danger in traffic. Knowing what signs actually mean is important.
