For a 50k suv, I'd expect better quality but then again...475hp in a jeep is fucking awesome

Was looking at buying an SRT over the last week... this video just talked me right out of that decision. I do not need these headaches from a car at that price point. Much appreciated!

I got a 2021 altitude and at about 7k I began to hear that vibration when accelerating every once in awhile. Brought it to get looked at 4 times at dealership and nothing. They haven’t even lifted the hood. Is there anything I can do since the dealership won’t help me for that issue. And should I be concerned

I have a 2019 trailhawk and I’m currently fighting the issue of the screen delaminating (it’s the newer glossy screen) as well as that pillar trim warp

For the carbon fiber trim. Wouldnt it make more sense to take out the entire triming and replace it with say a high altitude trim. And take away the entire peeling bs. Just my opinion

Just had my hood replaced for the bubbling corrosion issue. I have a 2017 and barely made the corrosion warranty. I would recommend that the dealer replaces the hood and doesn’t repair it. I’ve heard a lot of people getting the repair only and the issue comes back. If people are just outside of the warranty, some dealers will even provide goodwill assistance because they know this is such a big issue. I’ll be curious to see how your experience goes.

We have to get some kind of collaboration and the topic will be , should we buy jeep grand Cherokees in the future. My 2014 has many issues

I have a 2016 not one had one issue the only thing I don't like is how soft and easy to scratch the rubber on the shifter

Most of those issues should be covered by warranty, Im going through the same this as you with my 18’ Altitude

hello, I have a summit version and I would like to change the seats to the DVD ones, is it enough to buy seats with screens or do you need to add something else? Could you find out or make a film about it? I would be grateful because there is no indication of this anywhere

It’s a 2019 thing too. Can’t use my factory warranty because it’s Canadian. My aftermarket warranty doesn’t cover paint. My body shop said to get a plastic type hood not painted and then got it wrapped to match the paint. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had the same problem with my 18’ grand cherokee screen. Unfortunately warranty expired and the only solution was to get a new screen. But thanks to youtube theres a video where you can just clean up the glue thats melting inside the screen. Just look up “jeep grand cherokee u connect laminating issue” and you will see videos on how to easily fix it. Its takes time and im sure you can get it done and save $$ if your warranty doesnt cover it. I did it on mines & i am very sastisfied with the results.

If you buy any of these SRT or track hawks. Make sure to upgrade EVERYTHING that fails.

You bought that exhaust so whoever installed it did not line it up properly

Not sure what issue you have w/the trans, but my 392 SRT Challenger would have an abnormally hard bang on the 2-1 downshift every once in a while in Sport. My current ‘21 JGC 5.7 sometimes does the same thing, the trans re-flashes at the dealer did nothing. Keep us posted.

Those are not a issue. Plate and a bubble on hood at 74k miles is road wear . Not a issue. It's just getting old.

Just got my cherokee I went from a CRV 2019 EX to Cherokee and bro Jeep sucks, I mean for real, I got from the dealer with 65k miles, and they gave to me 3 months warranty that, they finished the 9/8 and when you take the freeway over 75mph, it starts shaking asf, it is not very stable but I find out that was probably something wrong in the car, then I was okay I don't do over 70mph almost never so okay with that, then I've received 2 recall from jeep, bro that's incredible a big sucks, but okay they will fix it, I hope. and 3 days ago I got the light in the dashboard SVC 4WD, and the jeep dealership, I ask them as a favor to see what's wrong with that, and they told that's probably the PTO ir transfer case, and today when I was on my way to work bro, the temperature 🌡 in the car was getting over of how usually is, you know that there is a certain point where the temperature stays, and never go up, today it started going up and doing, up and doing, and when I was on my way home from my work, my radio got reset and the screens in the vehicle showed to me like, if was just turning the vehicle on, and bro I was 45mph on the freeway, (I know I say I don't do over 70mph but everyday on my way to work I take 2 miles of freeway) and bro I got the security message, the jeep logo when I was listening music, the phone showed that I was still on Bluetooth, and the car wasn't playing my songs, then I reset the Bluetooth and was OK, but before that I still got the screens reset like if I was turning on the vehicle, I bought this vehicle last 6/12 today us 9/18. Guys pls tell me that if is Jeep like that, or my vehicle's problem, because this sucks fr, anything helps so if read this, tell me something because I want to know ow what the people think about this, if is normal in jeep, or how does it works.
