@@TheEducatedHomebuyer Yep, they had the best offer after doing a Highest and Best among the 4 offers with the only variable being this FHA loan. After my agent talked to the lender it was reveled that they had good credit and was a strong candidate and were putting 10% down, So it appeared to me that they are being smart about this or at least their agent is, so I signed it and closing is on 9/13, Can't thank you enough and I've already forwarded your video to 6 people so they can educate themselve's, lol
Yes, an episode on 203K Loans as I feel they've made those Loans Products so restrictive and specific that most contractors just don't want to deal with them which eliminates that as an option for buyers.

Really great video and definitely needed! If a 30 year fixed FHA loan has a lower monthly payment than a 30 year fixed conventional ( down payment of 20% and credit scores above 780), even including the upfront MIP and monthly mortgage insurance, why is it than people say that you will end up paying more after 30 years? And aren't points cheaper on a FHA? Thank you!
