What would stop a true solipsist from being like Neo in The Matrix? If one truly believes everything is in their mind, how's that different than a lucid dream? In lucid dreams the dreamer is able to decide to fly, and do other things that most would be considered magical.

It may be different from a lucid dream in the sense that there is some function that is part of your mind that doesn't allow you to do these things. It is also possible that actually believing this is psychologically impossible and as such you're never able to really get out of the illusion and do things you would be able to do in a lucid dream. Interesting objection but not a defeater, as far as I can tell.
