i personally got some just cause my dad didn’t like them and i thought they looked cool but i ended up really liking them their really comfy and again they look really cool to me their a 10/10 shoe in my opinion

Hi. This is a great review. Cn you help, please: I wear a size 7 in trainers and I don't wear a foam runner but I wanted to ask what size in the Adifoam that would be intact? Should I buy a 7 or go, 7 1/2 for a snug fitting? thanks

Unless you get a full size down from your regular shoe size, I don't think you can. It would also just flop around on your feet.

I usually wear a 9. Tried them in store I tried a 8 they felt a bit tight, tried a 9 and a 91/2 they both felt good but went with a 91/2

That's very weird. Make sure the foam insert is sitting on the shoe properly. Then tighten the laces a bit more. Those are only ways I can see to prevent squeakiness
