Aye glad you experienced the Crocs Mellow. This list is fire bc it focuses on shoes that offer something above and beyond. On that note, you’re missing the ISPA universal - that cork insole is the best insole I’ve tried in any shoe I’ve ever tried. The heel-toe transition in the Universal is amazing
Not gonna lie, the sketchers go foams are super comfortable and probably as close to the Yeezy foam runner as you can get, I love them. Def gonna look into a pair of zellerfeld as well.
Damn I actually really like those adiFOM Climacool sneakers. These look way nicer and more wearable than the AdiFOM Q. They're already selling the white version here in the States, but not seeing the black ones come up yet.
Just copped the Adifom climacools today after seeing them in this video. Like the look a ton. Look chunky af. Hope they fit. Went with my yeezy 700 sizing
2:33 imagine the founder of Zellerfeld has a crippling obsession over feet so he created a system where you send pics of your feet to get a shoe made. Meanwhile he created a whole personal feets database
Regarding the Pollux and the foamrunners, I think its interesting that sneakerheads sense of style is often essentially the antithesis of your average persons sense of style ... i know hype plays a big part in what they like and i guess it makes sense that since they think about shoes so much they would get bored with less eccentric designs, but its still interesting... you never see foamrunners irl and most ppl would say "with good reason" but you start diving into these sneaker culture channels and they get mentioned all the time in at worst a neutral way
I just can't find a pair of foam shoes that would work at the beach but also looks like a normal pair of runners. Eg. That adiFom Q looks like a platform shoe that a goth would wear. I just want something that looks like a normal Nike/Adidas/New Balance runners. Like wtf is that Zeezy bullshit. It's horrible
I just can’t get behind these foam clog type shoes. I hope this is not the future of footwear. Might be an old head but I’ll never wear anything that resembles a croc.
An ergonomic shoe would be shaped like a foot with the widest point at the toe ends and also there would be no front toe spring so the toes can sit flat against the ground and feel changes occurring and push into the ground for power. If shoes were designed like this there would be no need for maximum cushion or arch supports as the foot would build up enough strength to do what its engineered to do. Fashion has taken precedent over health in the foot industry.@@Torsv69
