This wasn’t that informative. Most people have a general idea on what is in bath bombs and didn’t talk about any potential health risks. A lot of bath bombs have glitter in them, what I would wanna know is will that glitter go into any orifices that it should be going into lol.

Yes it does go into your orfices, just like the dirt that comes off your skin in the bath also goes into your orfices. When you have a bath you’re literally bathing in your own filth 😂

This was an ad more or less. Sodium bicarbonate and citric acid are both not great for your skin and since that's the main ingredients... plus flushing tons of glitter down the pipes sounds super ocean friendly too. A world of nope.

But why does my skin feel silky smooth and is hydrated when I use one. Never with glitter, usually oils and flower pedals. My daughter bought me some for my birthday a couple of years ago from a coworker friend of hers that hand makes them. At least the tag says what IS REALLY in them. I think mass produced ones have a lot more of the bad stuff maybe. But they sure are nice after a long day and I just want to soak. Kinda like Epsom salts.

Vitamin C is brilliant for the skin as are the products indicated in the video. You're just randomly mentioning glitter which has nothing to do with this discussion and makes you sound demented.

Yes! Not to mention, a lot of women can get yeast infections. My gynecologist says she really wouldn't recommend them, instead she recommends a bath in hot/warm, plain water. I've never tried them but I've had terrible period cramps for over 10 years and have no desire to mess around with anything that could cause further pain in that general area

Baking soda and citric acid are bad for your skin individually because of their high and low ph, but when they react together the ph is neutralised and then it’s completely fine, and is actually beneficial to the skin, it’s super cool

My friends brought me bath bombs for my birthday and I have never in my 21 years of being alive had one and wasn’t sure if I could since I get negative skin reaction to certain ingredients and almost all chemicals burn, dry or blister my skin... I just wanted to watch this to get the gist of how it works because I about to have a bath

Bubble bath and bath soap can so the same thing, give you the yeastie beasties as I call them. If you ask your Gyn they'll tell you anything can cause one because it changes your ph. I don't get yeast infections but I get bladder infections easily. I take a cranberry supplement (gel caplet) daily and I drink an occasional glass of cranberry without sugar or other added juices.

This was very promising and did not deliver at all. So much potential for such a series and then it stays as superficial as it can be. Disappointing.

Check the ingredients list: Look for natural ingredients and avoid anything you know irritates your skin. Do a patch test: Apply a small amount of the bath bomb to your inner elbow and wait 48 hours to see if there's a reaction. Rinse well: After bathing, rinse off any lingering residue to minimize irritation.

Bath bombs are pretty but they definitely seem to be novelty over function. I mean it doesn't seem like you're actually cleansing your skin; just soaking in perfumes and oils.

Glitter....in the pipes. What the hell? NO! I have a very young daughter and if she wants a bath bomb when she gets older then she can get her own apartment. Not putting glitter in my pipes
