With the crazy growth Nashville, Franklin, and the rest of Middle Tennessee has seen it is quickly losing it's charm to many who have roots here. More does not always equal better.
Yeah, trust me I completely understand where you are coming from. My wife and I went down to the Franklin farmers market a couple weekends ago and I can’t believe how busy it and the factory was.
@@Matt.Bogosian Did you know the farmers market is getting booted from the factory property? The new owners are planning to build a hotel on that back lot. The Middle Eight property across the street from the farmers market is most likely going to get approval which will cram 275 housing units on the 7.2 acres.
@@carbonking53 no I didn’t know that. I wonder where they are going to end up. I saw that the Middle Eight was approved a week or two ago so that’s definitely coming.

I have always struggled with Fathers and Mothers Day. We can never seem to get everyone in the family on the same page. I like going on hikes and getting outside. Maybe head over to Chickasaw Trace Park and hike a little bit and then have a picnic somewhere in the park.
@@Matt.Bogosian yep we did! We had lunch at the Square Market and Cafe. It was good!!! I'm obsessed with the health food store downtown. It's really hard to find a good juice company. It's all organic and it's crazy cheap! I had no idea how nice the sporting goods store was there! I'm obsessed with it LOL. I mean really, I'm just obsessed with all of what's going on there. I couldn't believe all the cool shops. I found some really cool pants at the Bleu vintage market place. I can't wait to go back!
Columbia is growing so fast the locals are starting to leave like Nashville and Franklin the cities or little towns aren't designed for the thousands and thousands of new apts and condos... It takes 30 min to drive 4 blocks now in Spring Hill and as said the locals are leaving and taking the southern charm with them so it's more than 50% implants through out TN
One of my co workers retired from the fire department and relocated to Columbia. I can see how the small town charm might of enticed him. I wouldn’t mind seeing it in person to see if might work for us. I’m more set on Thompson Station but I’m open to it.
I was so impressed with the downtown area. I will be going back to Columbia in a couple weeks to do a tour through 3 neighborhoods with someone that grew up there. It should be interesting.
Bleow we found your channel issue 1.Subscribers are very few 2.The video title od the channel is too big and it is not SEO friendly3. Not having perfectly SEO in the video 4. Setting up video view campaign to views on video 5. Channel thumbnails are not attractive
