I use to have severe gout attacks for over 25 years. I started to take Benzbromarone and I'm pain free for 6 years now. No flair ups no pain what so ever. My life has changed because of it. I've heard they only prescribe Benzbromarone in Japan and it's prohibit in some countries. There must be similar meds out there. Just ask your doctor. I hope this helps some of you who read this.
