I started smoking just over two months ago and have a sore throat and heavy lungs. I plan to try mullein. What would you suggest, I can make tea or probably swallow some of the loose leaf. As a respiratory therapist, what else would you recommend for healing the lungs from smoking after quitting? Thanks very much for the video! Take care :^)
The tea works well for most people! You want to try to keep your lungs clear from mucus, do breathing exercises, and overall take care of your body through a healthy diet and exercise!
I know you wouldn’t say that to a person that you don’t know in front of them, so why would you say it on RU-vid comments only because they can’t see your face that is so freaking rude. Your comments about her eyebrows make me disappointed in humanity. Do you want somebody picking apart everything on YOUR body are YOU perfect? Nobody’s perfect and for you to say something like that about somebody else means that YOU don’t feel good about yourself… …So PLEASED go work on feeling good about yourself before you start picking apart other people who are trying to do something positive for humanity. Have a nice day ❤

The only thing that deters me is the "coats your airways" how does this help if I already have airways that would be coated would bad stuff? Does this coating rip off other coatings? The bad coatings?
hello ma'am, A few months ago i was diagnosed with acute bronchitis but it never dissipated infact my lungs got worse so a couple months later i went back to a different hospital but this time they said i have acute sinitis with post nasal drip of which appears to be leaking into my lungs. would this help me? and if so why does it say i should ask my doctor first? thank you.
It could help with your symptoms for sure. It sounds like you’re probably allergic to something since allergies can cause both of those things. You could try an over the counter allergy medicine too. It’ll take a couple of weeks to make a difference. Since everyone is different and suffers from different ailments, take different medication, I always recommend talking to your Dr before you start anything new.
😮@@BreatheBetterwithElizabeth okay sounds good to me ma'am. and thats exactly what the doctor said but she prescribed me antibiotics and an inhaler ill admit, it seemed the medicine worked but i still have the symptoms. My next real appointment is in 2 weeks since that was from the E.R so they couldn't do too much. what should i tell them? thank you.
I’m glad you have a follow up. Just let them know your symptoms, how long they’ve been going on, & what seems to help or make them worse. Keeping a journal is always a good idea. Sometimes it’s hard to remember everything.
I have been coughing for months! I got the tincture and felt a calm as my coughing almost entirely went away. The mucus is coming out also. I have terrible food allergies and I seem to get sick a lot. Do you think my lungs will get better and can I take mullien long term? Thanks so much!
@BreatheBetterwithElizabeth sweet I wanna ask, I was in a coma had covid legit almost died. My lungs been feeling bla since. I barely work out. I used to be a unit and did quite a bit of kick boxing. Is there any way I can can build back? I wanna cleanse my lungs. Insurance these days kinda sucks for me, that's why I'm here seeking info. Thanks for the vid btw. Just want to find legit sources. I been looking online just wanted to see an example.
I’m so happy that you were able to come out of it. As far as being able to get back to normal, it really depends on the amount of damage that it did to your lungs. BUT, that being said, pulmonary rehab has helped a lot of Post Covid patients. My channel has free breathing exercise videos as well as pulmonary rehab exercises. That will be a good place to start!
