Very pleased to know that there is hands-on Montessori training for employees at Guidepost schools. This is great because everybody knows that there is often a lack of a tight connection between the Montessori knowledge you are equipped with and the application of that knowledge to the real world. Glad that Guidepost realized the issue and also provided a platform to bridge the gap.

Smart to develop these videos to give people better insight into what Montessori is. My first introduction to the Montessori method was when a friend's son began attending a Montessori school. It was an eye-opening experience to tour the school during open hours and watch the children interact. They were all so engaged in their own activities until it was time to do a group activity. Then the transition from individual activities to a group activity was seemless and children all remained focused and attentive. Great teaching methods. Great teaching tools. I am looking forward to my own son starting school.
