I like how it reminisces some of the old model with the green and red choices. Just a mash of multiple old 173's. It screams "I remember peanut." In a subtle, heartwarming way.

I didn't like the new model at first, but it really has grown on me.

I think what we have here it's the first recording of an SCP involving. Before, it was an dimwitted brute: only reacting to its victim's movements. Now, it realizes it needs to act.

Personally, I would’ve liked the SCP Illustrated version of the design, but Mathew looks fucking terrifying, and I love him.

I honestly really dig the new 173, I still miss the old peanut. But I like the model and the abilities (unless you are on the receiving end) for the most part. I like the changes that came out of SCP SL like the gun update and the SCP 096 rework.

I find the new design for 173 great! But the movement system has its ups and downs, ups: you can see where you want to move allowing for more precision, also, you can literally teleport up stairs and also, the health has been upped. Downs are fewer but still valid: the movement is slightly slower when being looked at, the new 173 seems hella overpowered, but it depends on the player on how op he is

It wasn't a legal reason northwood always planned to change peanut they just didn't find the right time. They didn't want to keep containment breach models.

So 173 is essentially the opposite of 096: Good at taking down a single target, but does poorly against multiple people, just like 096 is good against multiple target but is mostly bad against a single one. Not sure about him shitting the floor though, wonder what the game design behind that is. The speed boost is definitely a nice addition to his pick class loadout. Also that rework definitely help mitigate the overpowered 173x096 combo, because now facing multiple mtf/chaos is going to be a lot tougher for him now, but it still going to be proly too strong. hopefully the grenade rework could help the mtf dealing with scp blob to counter this: as of right now grenade is too unreliable for crowd control
