Everything You Need to Know About the Romeo® High-Definition Cutter 

I would LOVE to have a Romeo. I am so happy that you have put vinyl cutters out. I have always loved your vinyl. Never have had an issue like with "Other Company" vinyl. The stuff is crappy and their machines are about as bad. I have heard great things about the Juliet too. But the Romeo, is my dream machine. What a pleasure it would be to use this High-Definition cutter. I was telling people about these machines when you first announced them coming out. People thought I was crazy. 😂 I was trying to stop them from buying one of those other ones lol.

The title says "everything you need to know" but actually other than the size of the material there is no information why this machine should be my first decision. Can it cut strong materials like heavy cardboard? Is there a scoring/creasing tool available? The cricut scoring tools are joke, unfortunately. So I am searching for a machine for creating custom packaging designs that I first print, then crease and then cut. Is it possible with that machine?

How durable is a blade that comes with it ? I am going to cut 2-3 mm thick acrylic sheets. What is the amount of work this blade can handle before you need to replace it?

I have a cameo myself but it makes so much noise, now I am interested in buying this cutter but is there anyway you can let us hear what it sounds like.

Can it cut through clear acetate or plastic roll for stencils?

I’m having issues with it reading my usb stick and when it does, it always prints the last job I did instead of the file I choose!

Silhouette Studio is THE WORST program ever made that i have ever seen that IRONICALLY Silhouette also assumes professional Business people will use. EVERYTIME i have went to use it...... *_EVERYTIME_* ......it resulted, not in me spending 5 mins to cut something.....but instead 8 hours investigating what tf it did now and why. it got so bad that last time this happened, i was beside myself angry crying and very literally 2 steps from throwing my Cameo off my balcony. I want to work for myself SO BAD and silhouette studio stands in the way. Before I found out that Make-the-cut is a program worth all of its money (it comes with Tech support) I was still in limbo desperately trying to figure out what i was gonna do...........when i came across a Juliet in Michaels. Let it be known.......if i had the money, I would have tossed caution to the wind and took a bet on Siser. I figure, if anyone is gonna value my time and treat me and everyone else that buys their expensive crap not as some silly mommies making pretty flowers for their scrapbook......but instead Professionals and Crafters alike trying to make awesome shit and respect us by giving us a PROFESSIONAL program that funtions.........its gonna be Siser. I havent forgotten about Juliet, nor will i Romeo and i will continue to keep an eye on Siser. I love my CAMEO 3 cause its large, black, and cool looking........but i deeply and AND VERY disrespectfully despise Silhouette. I will keep you guys in mind in the future.
