First of all, thank you so much for this video, it was extremely helpful! You really explained everything clearly. Secondly, I have just started selling on Yaga and noticed that within one week, the items uploaded have over 200 likes. What are the benefits of the products being liked, but not bought yet?
Hi ma’am , this was so well explained . I have one question . When someone buys something , I have to pay for its Paxi plastic at Pep it at my expense then I get the compensation afterwards?
Yes I do the packaging myself, it easy, iron, nicely fold the clothing item, cover it or put it in a plastic bag then send it through via pep(paxi), postnet, aramex, pudo etc
Hey Lerato, you get the client’s information after they place an order. You will get a notification that someone has placed an order. To see order info, on you yaga app click on MY SHOP, then ORDERS, then DETAILS. I hope this helps.
Hey Nombuso, After you get notified that someone bought an item from you. You will see the buyers address/ paxi store with phone numbers and all on the “order details” tab.
Hey so as a seller right, when maybe a buyer has chosen the paxi delivery method for example. When me as the seller get to pep... do I initially pay the R60 delivery fee then it gets reimbursed or is there something that the yaga app gives you once the buyer has placed the order to show them that shipment has already been paid for. I hope that what I am asking has made sense 😂
So the R60 you pay at pep will be from you when you are sending the package, you will obviously get it back when Yaga clears the money and makes it available to you. If you need more assistance please kindly send me a DM on insta @asisipho_mbi
Last question I received a massage from yaga saying " customer had placed an order but the order did not appear in my profile" then they send me QR code to scan Is there a person who is trying to scam me or you also receive such massages
Eish girl buying from anyone you don’t know is a risk on its own nje. I would advise otherwise hey, buying an iPhone from a stranger is a big risk, what if they don’t courier the phone, or what if iCloud is locked?
