First time watcher, but Dionte Johnson is 10th lowest drop rate (3.5%) out of all WR with 200 receptions or more. Lastly, teams were interested in John Metchie prior to the season, but the Texans were willing to trade their former 2nd round pick. Good show nonetheless.
Gone are the days when developmental QBs were expected to learn on the bench for a year or two. These early career QBs are basically being fed to the wolves. It can be hard to watch. Andrew Luck, Cam Newton, Jayden Daniels are outliers. Mahomes, Brady, Brees, Rodgers in their prime are better examples of what can happen if time is given
I don’t think 1-2 seasons changes everything . Especially when AR and Bryce Young are getting benched after like 10 starts. Also Penix is sitting at least 1 year
Jordan Love is a great example of this working. In his case though the team wasn’t in dire need of a starter right away, had he been made to start in ‘20 who knows how it would have ended up.
I’ve been able to get Tillman n both my big money leauges so I’m happy, even have McMillian n one. Still upset about last game where Steelers apparently hit kicker then returned punt for TD but the Beanie Bishop int cost me game losing 140.98-140.96.🤷🏻♂️😡
'There's absolutely no doubt that Joe Flacco gives this team a better chance to win football games right now, absolutely zero doubt whatsoever' - the line moved a single point this week after the benching was announced. The line moved from Titans -3 to Titans -2.5 when Flacco was shock started over AR. So technically correct, and I am open to the market knowing about both moves in advance, but I think it is way overstated. I think Adam and others are overrating the fantasy goodness that comes from Flacco starting and underrating both AR's effect on an efficient running game and the dynamic uncertainty that a player of his upside brings to every game vs the downside a 40yo statue brings.
