Tip: NEVER live off 1387. Traffic is hell in the mornings and when school lets out. It’s such a skinny road that you can’t go around, you’re stuck waiting in the school lines regardless if you’re even trying to get to the school. The only good reason is because it’s near Baxter Elementary and that’s such an amazing school.
I was wondering if you were going to mention the Cement Valley concern. You did. That's very ethical of you. Plenty of articles on the issue. If a person does the research and isn't concerned about the air quality, Midlothian is a good location.

After watching a video of a Black Father and his toddler son being attacked at a Midlothian PUBLIC Park by MIDLOTHIAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS...telling him he MUST leave since the school " rented out the entire park " The father calls the city and was told the school RENTED OUT THE PAVILLION. The ENTITLED KAREN TEACHERS still harassed him ( his little boy traumatized and crying ) THEN they called the police on him Midlothian PD and TRIED to say he was being "aggressive" " and " was filming the kids " ( this happened about 2 months ago...
