In my opinion, the best portion of Dana's all communities presentation is this: When she presents a community, she just present the facts, not hurt other communities. Some other people's presentation makes people feel that other communities seem bad communities. For example, some other presentation may say this "A community is better than B community" yesterday. Then, today, he/she may say " C community is better than A community". Tomorrow, he/she may say "B community is better than A" if he/she wants to make money on B community tomorrow.
The traffic part is very true going into 380 at the light windsong youre gonna be stuck there for like 20 minutes sometimes even longer that section is always a mess love prosper and denton but the traffic needs to be fixed fr

So true especially the traffic part. We were fortunate enough to get into Prosper with the help of Dana's group last year after a long 2 year wait for our home to be built(snowmageddon and COVID). Depending on the community you move to each one will usually have a community group where they organize events like an Easter egg hunt. Once you get the lay of the land and understand the inner workings of the community, you can pretty much plan around the traffic or take surface streets like Preston Road or Coit. Great review Dana!
I’m a refugee from the Garden State. Purchased a 3 bedroom open concept home just west of Prosper, Aubrey mailing address. I’m single and retired - I find the open concept home to be ideal for my life style. Also like the master planed community system. Great location, country to the north, Dallas to the south. I’m 35 minutes from my daughter in North Dallas, not too close, not too far😁. Note to my Texas neighbors who consider their property taxes as being too high, you have NO idea, I would be paying more than twice as much in Jersey + INCOME TAX😬. Cost of living - Texas 💰Jersey 💰💰💰. Another benefit to living here is its location, central to the rest of the country, a short plane trip to anyway in the US. Note Love field is the way to go, rather than DFW. Always enjoy your videos - Thanks for the tip regarding “The Gin” sounds like terrific place, will be trying it soon. 🇺🇸
