As a straight woman I just love the sweet sweet tender passionate love I never thought I would enjoy these scenes but by the end of the show all I wanted to see was them two
They came from such broken and abusive families, they had no idea how to have a healthy relationship. All they knew was violence. And yet they had good hearts and they learned to genuinely love each other :')
That's probably the main reason I didn't like Trevor, he wasn't necessarily a stereotype either, but with Ian and Mickey you could kinda tell they had similar upbringing being from the same shitty neighborhood and had crazy families. They could relate to each other in that way and had to learn how to overcome that environment and become healthy. You just didn't really get that vibe with Ian's other boyfriends.
I like that a lot. I could talk about Frank for hours cause he is so complex. He has so so many flaws. He has pretty much all the flaws. And yet he was always unexpectedly supportive of Ian and can genuinely be happy for his gay son finding love it's a strangely wholesome moment coming from him
Ian may not be Frank's son but he's still a true Gallagher. The time when the police asked for Ian's whereabouts, Frank said he "Never Heard of Him."🤣 Then when he found out Ian was not his but his brother's, Frank said: "My brother (name?) May he go to hell." When he said grace at Thanksgiving dinner. Frank never looked at Ian any different from his other children (since he doesn't give a sh!t that is🤣) Also when Frank saw gallavich for the first time, he never outed neither Ian nor Mickey.🤣 Sometimes the best thing that you can do for someone is to "just shut TF up!" 👍🤣
This couple kept me watching Shameless for 11 seasons. Edit 1year later: This is the highest number of likes I gotten so far on any RU-vid post.😁 Wow! 😮 Thanks guys.👍
For me too ! It’s because their love is so fucking real. They’ve known each other for a very long time, they’ve been through a lot together, their parents, Mickey coming out, Ian’s bipolar, prison... And it's so natural the way they've care each other. But most importantly, obviously ; the actors. They're just insane. I love them 🖤🖤
they really are soulmates. there was so many situations where they could’ve fallen apart and been done forever. but despite it all they stayed with each other. i love them
@@katelynb1665 Kev and V kinda pissed me off with the whole Svetlana break-up phase, as well as, the weird Kev screwing her mom because they thought V couldn’t get pregnant , but other than that they were solid!
I think because he approved of mickey and ian's wedding. Fiona's fiancé was using while about to get married to her. He was in a fucked up way looking out for her
@Youarmyhope1 Yeah I honestly was kinda mad they tried to drown him after that. Sure it was completely uncalled for to reveal that information so publicly and at that moment, but it probably would have been way worse if Frank said nothing and let Sean get away with it.
I love Ian and Mickey together. They really love each other. Even the they swear and fight with each other, they still love one another. Spically when Mickey came out as gay to everyone in the pub and Mickey's dad was beating him up, Ian started beating up Mickey's dad. Because Ian loves Mickey. And when Ian kept hearing things, mickey was there to comfort him. Xxxxx ❤❤❤❤. Best couple ever
After careful consideration, Mickey' s wedding with Svetlana also happened. Damn. Guess what I was trying to say was, the only Gallagher's wedding that happened? Oh idk anymore. I just love them! #GallaVich
I’m mean, he didn’t give a shit about the kids who were biologically his. He gave so few shits that he didnt have many to lose. Plus, Frank is Ian’s uncle, so the kid is as much a Gallagher as the rest.
@@sammigentile9726and in season 1 when they go to his bio fathers house and Ian tells Lip that even though they all have their problems with Frank, he is still his father.
I hope you find your mickey. I met mine when we were 16 and 18 under the most unlikely circumstances and we've been together for almost 15 years. When the time is right, it will happen for you 😁
5:43 Just realised the whole I love you, and I trust you feels like Fiona to Jimmy-Steve in the first or second season but this time it pays off! I love the gentle background music when this happened 😭💗
Or the smile on mickey’s face after Ian thought Mickey forgot their anniversary but it was a surprise at the Alibi. Not in the video but a great smile too. Awe.
One of the best gay plots i've every watched, their love feels so real, i can see those feelings, this tension. Great acting 👏 Do someone know the movie/series with lesbian characters that also feels so real and good? I feel like i cannot find proper one, lots of them lack of this tension
