@@marmeladenschnitzel5648 Ghostkid (the old vocalist's new band) is actually doing alright, so I like to imagine that they all understand it needed to happen. Obviously Ghostkid isn't doing nearly the numbers that EC is doing now, but it's not that different from what EC was doing pre-Nico.

I'm guessing that screams can be uplifiting and pump you up just like how war cries pump warriors up before battle. I recently played Ancestors: The Humankind Legacy, where even as a monkey, your tribe joins together in screaming and yelling to ward off fear and predatory animals. We just modified the use, now we don't scream as we run into battle, we scream about our bromance or during a football/soccer/[insert sport here] match.

Ive been listening to Eskimo callboy for a good 14 years... PurpleGurk and Crystals were my favorite songs. They had quite a few really good songs...but to be 100% honest Nico and Kevin literally meshed like peanut butter and jelly and every single song this band has released with those 2 have been absolute bangers. Your reaction to this has been my entire feeling, reaction, happiness and joy to every single song they have released since Hypa Hypa dropped. Electric callboy has created Magic and I wish it will continue for years to come.

You mentioned how good Nico's voice sounds in this, that was one of my first thoughts on listening to this. Tihs is the reason why I love FckBoi and Hurrikan so much. The Cascada track this is related to definitely is 2000ish, but the original behind this is a Maggie Reilly song from the 80's or something - I absolutely like all the versions of this one, it's just one of those great sings that work im a variety of styles 🥰

i really enjoy Electric Callboy and your Reaction Video to it... Electric Callboy often remind me of Celldweller. You could make a video for the song "Awakening With You" by Celldweller. I really love the Lyrics and the Way he sings it. Its from the Album Offworld from 2017. The first Album "Celldweller" is still my favorite but it sounds more old school :D

Speaking of Nico's voice.... Can you imagine? I have read and a couple places that when he responded to the call that they were looking for a new singer it was kind of his last stab it going forward with his singing career. Seems the band he had been in ended. So glad he was a kindred spirit with these fun talented crazy guys. I believe they have known each other for some time before.. Kevin and Nico at least.

Arrow of Love by them, i think you will also love it! I always defended that heavy music is not just about anger or bad feelings, that is not just about distortion (and the crazy calling noise). Screams are about expressing and pouring out ANY kind of feeling as loud as possible, including love. But holy shesh, these guys upgraded to the *next level*!!!

Ppl say this band took off with adding Nico but the sleeper hero here is the audio producer who mixes all this shit. It's not easy balancing deathcore screaming vocals and like, 2Unlimited-esque beats from 1991 while a guy with a mid-scooped PRS is blasting powerchords over it. Their recent two albums are sonic masterpieces in terms of mixology. It's truly alchemical.

I do believe everyone thinks this song is originally from Cascada which made an Eurodance version of this song in 2005/2006. But originally it's actually from Maggie Reilly which released this song in 1992 with a totally more romantic/dramatic feeling behind it. Funny how we now see it as this oldschool party sound because of Cascada. Anyway, really fun cover and of course your great reactions are greatly appreciated ^^

Even though my personal favourite of them is "We got the moves" this cover is hilarious and it's a complete style/music craziness packed into the clip. I love the fact that the band is having fun on set and this is so contagious. It's really enjoyable to see and hear them having fun and it feels as if they're inviting everyone to have a bit of that.

If you haven't checked them out or heard of them listen to Opeth. Their singer does both the clean and unclean vocals and it sounds like 2 different people, it's amazing.

Actually, these aren't Kevins legs. ;) Her name is Mirjam Piuk, she is a tattoo model and cosplayer. It's the same girl as the announcer in the Tekkno Train video.
