For general fitness, as opposed to physical therapy, I would prefer standing exercises. Basically, it is a hassle to get down on the floor. I'd be interested in a video about the standing exercises if you haven't already made one.

What about doing an reverse clamshell for the glute med? Would that be good, since glute med can do both hip ER & IR?
