I like the animation in this season. Funny enough that this was animated by the same studio that also animated the later seasons of Billy and Mandy and the selected Season 3 episodes of Oggy and the Cockroaches.
So it was CN studios that did the early episodes and then the animation was handed over to Digital eMation for this season? I was always wondering why it looked so different. It made the show so much darker though and I loved that. That is awesome that you know that. I have tried to look it up and it doesn't even mention that studio in the wiki which I hate.
He did mention he worked for evil con Carne when Billy went into his house. It was a fun way of connecting the shows sence this show was canceled and short lived
@@AnthonyBlamthony oh, see I have Autism Spectrum Disorder so I am good with voices but not names. I was there when Avatar first came out and I watched the first episode. It didn’t really click with me. I tried again but the plot was just very confusing. And when Azula came all I focused on was how evil she was without watching the whole thing through. Even without understanding her story, it is not a personal attack on Avatar. Because I do love the fighting scenes but it was hard for me to make a connection with some the characters. I overthink or don’t see the picture when came to Avatar. Please don’t take my comment as an insult it was just difficult for me to grasp than most. If that makes sense I don’t love but I don’t hate.
Yeah, even as a huge Ghastly simp, I'll admit that her character felt somewhat flanderized in these final episodes. In particular, "The HCCBDD" was the doctor at her stupidest, and "Jealousy, Jealous Do" was when her simp behaviour over a disembodied brain reached an all-time high. She's still funny, though.

That's from the Billy and Mandy episode "Company Halt." Evil Con Carne was canceled so this episode acted as their true finale. After that, Con Carne characters would make cameo appearances in Billy and Mandy from time to time.
how is it that cartoon network never had a problem with gendry gave us 3 cartoons it`s ok but when maxwell atoms gives us 2 it creates a problem.....that doesn`t seem fair
This is season 2. Also, this was animated by Digital eMation. The crew just wanted to try out squash and stretch animation, facial expressions and colored outlines with the characters so they won't feel indistinguishable to Cartoon Network's other shows like Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Laboratory. This animation quailty would be later used for Billy and Mandy's final three seasons.
@@kootunesscrewy ah okay… yeah that makes sense they wanted it to stand out compared to other cartoons on at the time. I just feel it was a drop because the art style became “crude” for a lack of a better term. It became a bit more cringy and gross.
@@AutumnPlains I know what you're saying. This style fits well for something like Ren and Stimpy or Chowder than a cartoon with thicker outlines. But tbh, I think eMation did better in terms of animation in my opinion. Rough Draft was great, but they had... some iffs.
I know it’s just a silly cartoon and I got no problem with what they did or how they did it but I just want to throw it out there that it they destroyed gravity the world would do a lot scarier things than just cause people to float upside down
Because it was done over a decade later by a completely animation different studio Evil con carne never got more than a season one instead it was scrapped and the show decided to focus completely on Grim adventures of Billy and Mandy
