For War Thunder there are several TikTok "Content Creators" that basically do nothing but post clips of them blatantly cheating, teamkilling, and being toxic and for some reason they have quite large fan bases (likely bots though). Would not surprise me if there were CCs like that for Siege there too.

It's been "the year of siege" for like 3 years now.

I mean, I remember his trailer when he first came out. I remember that "AHH" and quick drop of the enemy in the background. This is how I imagined the operator would be used, and I will be excited to see it happen finally!

So I'm not defending UBI because I don't know exactly the situation. But cheaters get banned in waves for specific reasons, usually with specific cheats being targeted in each wave. The reason why they do this is because its harder for the creators of those cheats to adapt and get useful data on how their cheats were 'caught' or 'beaten'. Ban one cheater instantly, the hacker can identify why their cheat was caught so quickly and patch it. You also don't want to instantly ban those with obvious cheater scores because you want to understand the cheats before getting rid of them. So I assume UBI follows these practices, and if it seems like they take forever to ban the cheaters, I would think its because perhaps they are struggling to identify the root exploitations that allow for these cheats to exist in the first place.

I think a big part of cheaters joining Siege are compilations of cheaters on both RU-vid and TikTok showing off their "mad skillz" with cheats and how incredibly fun if is to "dunk on deez kitz" or something. But they feel good when they cheat their ass off and make content out of it. They even say how many accounts they already have that are banned, because that's apparently a status symbol within the cheating community. The reason I know this is that, I don't even know why, RU-vid regularly recommends these videos to me...

I feel like that it's not just siege, but other games included where like maybe these cheaters are doing it as a job and trying to get clips, and they like cut it up and edit it efficiently. so, it doesn't look like they are cheating, but they post it anyways. Not so much on RU-vid but it's come up on my Facebook feed of reels with legitimate walling popping up, so like could possibly be like scammer call centers except for gaming with cheats and they get paid to play with cheats and create clips for whatever channels they feed them into. Idk just theory but nothing to far if call centers can replace their way of making money with this new influx of cheating instead of scamming. It could also just be them selling their content to people who post the content, like a middleman who always posting about cheaters. not you Varsity but a lot of others that I end up just blocking from my feed. Usually when I caught a cheater I made the clip I reported it on Twitter and after a while they were banned, but since September when I report someone on Twitter, they advise me To use in-game reporting (although in the clip I always show that I report them) Replying to these comments after a while, I asked him why I wasn't getting my elo back, They replied "our team is investigating" then I stopped playing until now due to too many cheaters and my points haven't arrived yet :). I went on the tracker to see how They were and are ALL ALL champion for the first time on 1.7 at least kd with the previous seasons fucking golds 0.8kd

I’ve seen cheats advertised on yt shorts. The vid had mostly positive comments and they were glazing pretty hard. Several comments about how the cheats brought people to emerald and up with like 2+ k/d.

the hacker from the first click is probably a 12 to 15/16 year old too i bet, not an adult that 22 and up.

Regarding where these cheaters come from: everyone gets into the modded controllers and cheats and so forth because they want some sort of control over the game. The thing runs like garbage on console--everyone who uses those third party controllers or m&k is sick of limb penetration not working and so on.

I welcome all of you guys to come join us shitters down in the casual trenches. we may not know any callouts, but we dont have to deal with maestro minigun cheats and magnet flores drones.

To play devils advocate as a game designer they prob had their workers doing sum nutty crunch time to see if they could correct bugs up until the very last moment possible before mentioning the delay. Plus they’re like 80% profit focused so ofc they’re gonna want to try n patch it n ship before caring to tell the player base especially with a game this old

18:20 yes they do, i get multiple lives of people blantantly cheat on games like Fortnite and R6 they have their phone recording their monitor and you can see all the cheats displayed and them killing the entire lobby. And the sad part is, is that people in the lives support it and send gifts.
