The fact that this film was made and also made a profit should give hope to any aspiring filmmaker.

John Carradine was always a guarantee for enjoyable bottom-of-the-barrel movies. Poor man's Vincent Price.

I like how often the bees come up. Carradine must of had a good time acting.

Could they have made the nips ANY MORE PROMINENT on the box art?!?! And am I mistaken or did she knock someone out with a pillow? If so, it makes those sexy sorority pillow fights a lot more dangerous. And the clip of John Carradine talking to the bees, please never stop showing that. If you have a movie review featuring him or bees and don't show that, I wouldn't know what to make of the state of humanity.

Mardi Rustham also produced the Tobe Hooper-directed Eaten Alive, in which he got veteran actors like Stewart Whitman, and Carolyn Jones, and had Neville Brand as the lead.

The bizarre thing about this one, after seeing it, is that it is SO CLOSE to a film called Evil Town! The plots are very similar, the mechanics garage and uniforms are almost the same, and the hospital looks like the same one in that movie. To sum it up, Evil Town is about a bunch of young people that drive into a town full of old people. Their car breaks down or something and they end up staying for a few days. At the same time, a couple of hot girls go camping in the woods. Turns out, the old doctor in town has found a way to reverse the aging process by draining fluids from young people and transferring them to the townsfolk. The mechanics are supposed to grab victims passing through town, al though they have a tendency to play with the nubile females before turning them over. Evil Town was made in 1987 and is more sleazy than this one by a little bit. But, wow, they're so similar, I would have thought they were at least made by the same people. Apparently not, but it's almost like an other-dimensional version of this film. Except it actually exists and has a rating on IMDB. Just...weird.

John Carradine was not the only one confused by this movie, the audience was too.

I watched this not long ago (again? maybe), last spring or there abouts, I think. It was a good time, ridiculous plus nudity is a winning formula. "Connie" killed me (I liked her bum as well), and I remember looking her up on IMDB to see what else the actress had done and was both disappointed and shocked to see this was her only credit.

1980's, aliens, slashers, plenty of cheesecake, AND John Carradine... what more could you ask for? lol

I watched this one a while back, and the tone is really odd. It's like they couldn't decide whether to be fun, sleazy, or brutal, so they did all three at different times.

Great job on the review, Cecil. From "sexy time" to "bone town", do you ever worry about running out of You Tube allowed innuendos? The spaceship footage looks like it was from "Space Mutiny", which means it was probably from "Battlestar Galactica". Also, I know we kid John Carradine a lot about the acting gigs he takes. Yet, you gotta admit he thought working with Julie Newmar and Tina Louise, that's worth a scale paycheck.

Actually that "Toy" spaceship was a leftover model from Battlestar Galactica, it was their shuttlepod with a small paintjob and delettered.
