He's definitely a good character. Vatista, Seth, and Yuzuriha are all very technical characters whose potentials put them at the top of the tier list, but Byakuya is still easily a high tier character.
He's mid tier but it's worth noting that the gap between the big 3 and the worst character, Enkidu, is much smaller than the gap between top tier and good characters in most other fighting games.
Looks a lot like Byakuya: jump around and press multi-hit buttons that confirm into a full combo, ending in oki that more often than not gets you another combo
I mean to be fair Melee had a side tournament this year that still featured some prominent players, so in all honesty all you guys lost was a bigger screen to watch it from. No need to blame UNIST for anything when the Melee community still got a place at EVO.
Hilarious honestly since melee has so many locals. Uni had a dedicated base that got it there, don't blame another game because your fav didn't get in.
