Natural selection will always fascinate me. I’m not religious, but if I were to subscribe to a spiritual idea, it would be nature and the tree of life. Something so beautiful, but yet makes complete sense

can anybody answer me? Everything in the universe is natural not artificial. The mountain, animal, planet, plant, cloud. Also, car, bridge, tower, street, soft drinks, .... etc All are natural not artificial.
