Yu-Gi-Oh Forbidden Memories was the first Yu-Gi-Oh game I played as a a kid really enjoyed played recent and it's still such a great game as alot of these Yu-Gi-Oh games great games.
Not gonna happen Zexal went without a Tag Force trilogy Arc-V never got a complete version And even if a new one was released Probably it'd be Japan only like TF 6 and TF Special
I hope they release a new Yugioh game in the ps5 console. They should make one with the Original yugioh characters with customization decks, dlc content from all yugioh shows and their new cards/characters. If they can make the cards come to life and more realistic it will be awesome.
I've wished for something like this for more than 10 years, now I'm 24. When I saw the new Pokemon games I came to check if there's new Yu gi oh games with monsters like holograms
Konami will continue to make mobile games and I'll die from disappointment. Yu-Gi-Oh was my childhood now u want an game to meet ppp's expectations now
Especially letting use the original artwork and the alternative artworks of the same cards like Obelisk The Tormentor, Slifer the Sky Dragon, Red-Eyes Black Dragon, Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Dark Magician, XYZ Dragon Cannon and the others :)
I bought Duelist of the Roses on a whim when I was young and found out it was not the usual Yu-Gi-Oh gameplay. I was disappointed at first, but after hours of playing the game, damn did I enjoy the heck out of it.
I wish there was a Yugioh Game like the Bakugan Video Game. What I mean is a game with a create-a-character which is the protagonist of this game, you get a unique card based off which could be a, in my opinion, a Level 7 LIGHT Dragon-type normal monster with 2500 ATK 2000 DEF to reference how the Blue-Eyes White Dragon was originally going to be Yugi’s ace monster, you duel against and with the main cast until a villain unique to the video game with a Level 8 DARK Spellcaster-type Monster with 3000 ATK and 2500 DEF... I think you get my point already.
The 5D's World Championship games on Nintendo DS and Tag Force games (both GX and 5D's) on PSP are some of the best yugioh games I've ever seen and are quite collectible nowadays. I've played all of them at some point and they each have a unique charm and story to them. Prices have, regrettably, started to rise for them which is bad news for me since I'm trying to collect and play all them again. If we're talking REALLY old-school games my favorites are Reshef of Destruction, The Sacred Cards and Capsule Monster Coliseum. These were considered oddball titles because of the unique gameplay rules they had, but I honestly liked that about them. They brought something different to the table.
Alec Cisneros Open world Yu-Gi-Oh game with an avatar system (with unlockable customization options) and all the protagonists from the OG himself (DSoD baby!!) to the new anime I never even heard of... As well as fan favorite characters like Seto Kaiba, Mai, Jack Atlas, etc. And with pretty rad graphics. Hopefully on all consoles...
I'd be more inclined to compare it to something like HeroClix. The monsters move around similar to chess pieces but the board has obstacles, monsters have various play values and the game is won by defeating all the opponents monster pieces.
To remember that I used to play Yugi the Destiny right when it came out back in 2003 and i was 10 years old during that time. The nostalgia on that one.
Over the Nexus was such a damn good game for me, I was able to get so many good cards for it I barely lost! Legit though Saikyo Card Battle looks like the best one since in the top screen it provides character animation for the cards you play, something I definitely would’ve liked seeing in the games.
PLAYSTATION 2 1: YU GI OH: THE DUELISTS OF THE ROSES 2: YU GI OH: CAPSULE MONSTER COLISEUM 3: YU GI OH: GX: THE BEGINNING OF DESTINY PLAYSTATION 3 1: YU GI OH: 5D'S: DECADE DUELS 2: YU GI OH: 5D'S: DECADE DUELS PLUS 3: YU GI OH: MILLENNIUM DUELS PLAYSTATION 4 1: YU GI OH: LEGACY OF THE DUELIST 2: JUMP FORCE
20 years of Yu-Gi-Oh felt like eternity. I bet Yu-Gi-Oh is going to evolve as in the anime... same as we sit down and play normally, but I believe in future we WILL have duel disks and holograms
You do know that YuGiOh Duel Evolution is not an official game right? It's just an asset rip on a free to use game engine. Not sure why it's included here.
Forbidden memories had one of the most icon soundtracks ever!!! That game was a huge part of my childhood, spent hours trying to figure out what bullshit cards I can fuse together lol
@@felipenavarro5340 i prefer the 5ds games for the ds, although frustrating, they were fun. i want a remastered version of them, but complete and actually follows the main story for yugioh 5ds
@@CallieBlader the PSP games are much longer more grind for what you want I've done 1500 duels on my tagforce 5 profile and I'm still finding new duelists and still buying cards it is an amazing game
@@felipenavarro5340 That's one of the weak points of the Tag Force rather than a good thing Having to grind with a weak, inconsistent deck because the cards to build a decent one are in packs you unlock under very specific circumstances
@@CallieBlader Stardust Accelerator covers the Fortune Cup,Reverse of Arcadia the Dark Signer Arc and Over the Nexus the WRGP Arc They do follow 5D's story with slight modifications to include the player character Beats the hell out of being a secondary character sitting and rooting for Yusei to win a duel during half of the game
Reshef of Destruction was my childhood Yu-Gi-Oh game. Needless to say, I had a rough childhood lol. In all seriousness though, Reshef is actually one of my all time favorite Yu-Gi-Oh games. It's brutally difficult and sometimes blatantly unfair so its not for everyone, but once you learn how to work your way around the game its incredibly satisfying to beat. The story is original and awesome, one that could have been its own anime arc after Battle City. I played The Sacred Cards much later after getting Reshef and, ironically, I felt that even though the game was good it was also far too easy and short. I guess I was tempered for Reshef's gameplay a bit too efficiently.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Online: Duel Evolution 10:12 Best game by far, brings back my childhood memories.. not a single good game since that, hopefully they'll comeback to that formula in the future.
Except the card number power of chaos were the best games. No 3D bullshit, big and visible cards, good animation and exciting music. The menu design had also more style. Just wish they would do another one.
The World Championship games was great to play. From the GBA to DS, I had fun with the 2009 and 2010. If only they make more of those kinds of YGO games
I think I’m the only person that loved falsebound kingdom. Especially since it was a continuation of the story from Forbidden Memories and Duelist of the Roses which are games I loved as well. Throw in Capsule Monsters and you have the Yu-Gi-Oh! Games that made up my childhood.
Tag Force 3 is somewhat worse for us in the US. The only way to get an English copy is importing from the UK, and those are rare and expensive nowadays. At least its in English though, definitely something that the ones you mentioned are not.
I dream of a YGO game with Legends of Runeterra's effects and graphics, Auto Chess pieces' designs, and Pokemon Sword and Shield's environment. Sadly, that dream might never realize.
I always thought that it was weird that there was no sound when the characters spoke in Tag Force, I found out recently it's because they're voiced in the original Japanese release, it wasn't something added later (as it might look in this video)
Why not a game like Jump Force with all the grafics but only Yu-Gi-Oh based not a fighting game where Yugi is just a fight character without the card game
I have an idea for a Yu-Gi-Oh! game that could either work or suck: A fighting game with just Yu-Gi-Oh! monsters, or maybe a Musou game with Yu-Gi-Oh! monsters.
Oh man I was hoping we would all get to experience the long as hell battle sequence from forbidden memories. As a kid I thought that was hype as shit to watch when I saw when I was older I thought " holy fuck is this padding."
The Tag Force engine worked so well for so many years on multiple platforms and then they just had to go and screw it up with Legacy of the Duelist by slowing the entire game to a crawl.
