I have so many memories of this game: No kill paradise resort lobbies Weird roleplay for creepypasta I remember sitting around in a tiny cabin on the slender woods map just reading chat I also remember the potions that existed in the game where they all had the same icon but colored differently and stuff you had invis speed jump and all that That one automatic prototype minigun "Are you a girl" I remember some weird xenomorph guy who always talked about having a front tail Making skins on pixel gun Utopia map was awesome The judge rocket launcher the one that swapped you into first person to manually guide the rocket Heavenly paradise or something like that getting into the big tree and just talking and sitting with people I remember grinding for the prototype way back EDIT:I REMEMBER THE FIRST FNAF MAP LAUNCH I will update with more memories when I do the remember

Man, glad to see another Ants Life enjoyer. Back in the OG days you had to pay 200 coins to even play the map so there wasnt much players, but it was just so much better. That, and the antlantis map. Something about those maps was just so much better, maybe because it was coin only. I also miss the days before they added armor, pre armor days were the peak of pg3d

I remember when armour amd gems weren't a thing. Maps such as Labs, Utopia, Sky Islands, Heaven Garden, Parkour City, Slender Forest, School. I remember weapons like the Anti Gravity Gun, the Prototype Sniper, and the Wizard Wand which could shoot through walls with infinite ammo

If you thought FGO, Diablo Immortal, or Clash Royale was horrible you have seen nothing, this game, is by far the worst monetized games ever made, who the hell thought that over 1k weapons that take forever to get even 5 of them is considered good for the game?

Jesus dude this is a throwback. Used to play pg3d so much between 2016-2019 through middle school and it was such a good time. I remember trying to find ways to get unlimited coins/gems, staying up late at night playing capture the flag on two castles, and annoying e-daters in the peaceful sandbox mode. Such a shame to see this game become a husk of what it once was. Excellently made video by the way, you deserve more subs!

Played at 2017 as a 7 year old, man i remember finding this game while searching up "minecraft with gun mods free" , i loved this game so much, i knew id keep playing it day after day after school, (i played when the game thumbnail was the newbie holding the big buddy), i still remember most gund clearly, 7 years later, i still enjoy this game, but it just feels a bit off, knowing its not how i remembered anymore..

Man i feel bad for playing the game the in 2024 ive played the game since 2015 and still love it change is good some bad but alot of peaple forget that some are amazing i still love this game to this day and just adapte to its problems and play the game like u did when u were young (good vid tho)

I hated watching my childhood favorite game slowly decline in quality and everyone abandoning the game

I remember when i first found Pixel Gun on my old Amazon tablet back in 2016, when I was 10. I played it so much, I was addicted. Then i watched it progressively get worse and worse to the point that I hate it now

I remember being able to immobilize opponents with a well timed singularity grenade, then cubic added Grapple weapons I Also remember being able to hide behind walls, to plan my next move to disengage or peek, then cubic added the Underwater whip Then there was the strategy of being able to flank opponents, in which players began to use weapons like the Pasta Sniper Rifle. I've tried and tested many different strategies that did not involve meta weapons, which worked with varying success. I do have a lot of these meta weapons but they are just not fun to play with. It seems the only thing i can appreciate now is the weapon design, there are still some cool concepts being provided today but with the egregious expense of gems it's just not worth it.

At its peak, this was GENUINELY one of the best games ive ever played, similarly to fortnite, it was incredible

This game was fun for me back then. I remember I was able to grind coins offline on story mode and the offline survival mode where it send you waves of monsters and you would keep going as long as you can. I enjoy buying weapons offline from the store. I came back to this game few years ago and almost everything required internet including finding coins on story mode need internet for coin to show up and the store need internet to buy weapons. And story mode wasn’t hard anymore because of pets and gadget. I think the offline wave mode is gone too.

I remember playing the first version which was just a square room with zombies and flying birds.

I started playing right when you did. I still have my rare social uzi, and I even got the golden friend in the 3 hour chest. I remember when the slenderman campaign was the scariest, and for some reason the utopia map soundtrack was so nostalgic. Favorite map is def mafia mansion or sky islands. Ive planned to make this exact video myself, though you honestly put it better than I would have. Could not put it into words how disappointing it has felt to watch as this game died. Though I started playing again about a week ago, (im still f2p) I cant stop hearing that nostalgic lobby music in everyday life. Its weird still being in the mindset that campaign world 2 feels new. I remember dreaming abt getting the freeze ray rifle. Thank you for making this! I just wish they would release all the maps for people to play, and experience smth like the aquarium map just one more time. 😔 sorry had to yap, this WAS my childhood

I will never forget how fun it was when the giant hunger games mode came out and they had the original map where you start in the forest. I played that for hours and hours.

Thats crazy, i played it before all this new stuff. Weapons like prototype, the bass cannon, and the double jump boots were standard with anyone who wanted to farm coins. I remember the zombies mode being the best way to grind coins if you wanted to relax and take a step back from multiplayer

This game used to be a truly fun, fairly interesting, and somewhat balanced game and what every mobile game should have aspired to be, what a shame that is a small shadow of what it used to be.

On Roblox, there's a game called Bloxel Gun. It's a pixel gun clone. It's not og, but it's close enough. The weapons listed at 5:00 are the only ones available in the game; there are no pay-to-win puzzles.

Played a LOT of 2017 PG3D, quit shortly after getting weapon *FRAGMENTS* became common on the lootboxes. I fragged a lot on the game and loved it dearly, but the poor balancing across the board only made additional issues like fragments and the terrible BR mode even worse. If anyone remembers a player named TonicY, that was me. I also apologize in advance because I topscored in nearly every match using dumb weapons nobody cared about or used correctly like the Photon Sniper Rifle and the Flame Scepter (wand?) and the Pencil Thrower

What a nice video! Back then I really, like really, loved this game. Yes it was P2W, but it was kinda okay since you could somehow grind it if you really wanted, or you could hack the game for coins & gems (what I did btw). I would say the game was good and enjoyable until they introduced parts. Parts are the biggest piece of scummy bs there was almost no way to get them and the roulette (misleading and therefore illegal) was outright a scam. Then it got even worse when they introduced battle royale and all the other crap. And I forgot to mention that they also banned me for absolutely no reason and my (non hacked) account was lost forever. I recently tried to start a new session on PC as a F2P and oh boy, after 6 - 8 hours of play time there is almost no way to buy / keep up with upgrading weapons. The devs were always scumbags, this though is a new level. Edit: Nowadays every lobby consists of 97% bots and 2 - 3 real players. It's not fun anymore.

I played more deadly games than anything else. I haven’t touched the game in 8-9 years but I could probably navigate those maps blind.

I remember playing the parkour challenge gamemode in 2017, for some reason I played it A LOT i don't even know why because I couldn't get past "THE FUCKING MOVING RED LASER DOORS". But still I remember enjoying it, I guess I was just intrigued of what's ahead and seeing people high in the sky, chatting with people about how unfair the obstacles were and the mindset of "im gonna do this this time" were just enticing. But one day I commited... I played and decided "I'm gonna finish this" used up preety much all of my gems and I was almost at the end, but there was a problem. There was still like 3 obstacles left and I ran out to buy more checkpoints, I remember that I was playing for so long that my phone was starting to heat up and was actually hot in my hands. I tried so much and was real close to finishing it, but alas the time limit expired and the round ended. I actually still remember the feel, the mixture of me crying, whining and cursing under my nose(ofcourse quietly so my parents would not hear). That was actually my last time I played the game since I wasted so much gems I just thought there was no point, I uninstalled the game and that was it... Well until a few months later when I found a video about the "unlimited gems exploit". I watched a ton of these videos even for different games like clash royale and while I knew they were fake and dangerous I still sometimes tried them out of curiosity and desperation. My 11 year old ass was just weird and super lucky that he never downloaded a virus or signed up for some scam subscription. But this video was different, it actually shown a plausible way to get unlimited gems and coins. (In short you would just download a private server of the old game version and update the game). I tried it and it worked, I could buy, upgrade everything I felt like a child in a candy store. Going into games and one-shotting everyone and coming 1 on every scoreboard, now I understand I was destroying the game but back then I felt like on top of the world. Being a unkillible force in the lobbies was fun but I still remebered I had some unfinished buisness... The parkour challenge, with thousands of gems I finally beaten it... multiple times... I guess I had a grudge against it. Ofcourse after about a week I got banned and quit the game for real. Even then the game felt kinda boring for me so in a way I'm happy, I stopped playing when the game was still in good state and after finally beating "my worst enemy" I felt compelled and had no reason to go back. That's preety much my story of playing pixel gun 3d, ofcourse I could tell stories about being scared of plaing the campaign hospital level and many roleplayes but I think the comment is long enough as it is.

I used to love that game a long time ago. Used to play it on the bus home from middle school. Very nostalgic to see this old footage of yours. Used to have a red rocket launcher that i think was called the Armageddon? Was really fun to use. I used to kill time by playing the arena mode thing with the endless waves of zombies with some rock music in the background and i could kill hour after hour of long car rides doing that.

I do remember the first time playing it was actually not long after release so I kinda did get to watch it evolve but when ants life came out it seemed like the game was gonna go down hill. I haven't played since but would keep tabs on it (if you uninstall and don't connect anything you'll lose your progress)((found out the hard way))

I didn’t know this when I was a kid, but the last level in World 1 is the school from Silent Hill. I was playing Silent Hill, got to the school and had a sudden epiphany: ITS FROM PIXEL GUN!

After trying it again on PC recently, I can see my past frustrations with the game. (Enemy team only has one hit weapons)

The reason I quit back in the day was because I kept losing my account due to the save system being trash. I lost the most progress from losing my clan and the clan weapons.

Loved this game, it was also sometimes buggy and you could mess around unlocking stuff you aren’t supposed to have (I got the ultimatum by buying it with gems on the battle pass), I lost my account that even has the golden friend before you had to unlock it with parts because someone broke into my house and stole my iPad and was forced to remotely wipe everything on it. Also that school level always scared me as a kid especially that upside down room with the creepy laugh. I could keep going on but this game just pains me. But thank you for bringing me back to this nostalgia trip. This game used to have to own unique community and it was a joy to be in it
