In this video, you can see the evolution of the robots that made Boston Dynamics since 2012 All videos about robots and Boston Dynamics you can watch on their official channel: / bostondynamics ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★
Just let it neural network learn while being pushed around. The program will eventually decide "offensive action against the human allows you to complete the task -Move the crate to increase production" more efficiently. It will execute the plan, as intended and voila.
@@no3ironman11100 bruh dead ass that’s logical as hell, like even if it’s not sentient it might still do it because of programming to complete the task like you said, like a terminator with grey goo for a brain
That may be a question they have to address eventually if the robots are put to work and some weirdos feel like messing with them. Do they simply let these several thousand dollar machines be vandalized or consider it a security breach and let them take some sort of action themselves? Or I suppose program in a self defense option, I'm guessing most will still have a controller keeping an eye on them even if most of the task is automated. Or if say they're put to use in somewhere like Alaska and they need to ward off a polar bear. Don't have to kill it, but may need some sort of response to push it away, I suppose it could turn off, but that only makes the bear lose interest, doesn't scare it away if they want to get it away from people.
it'll be like those series where the protagonist is on a revenge arc. meets the hockey man several years later. hockey mans like 80 years old and has severe regrets for his actions. its like one of those sad scenes where the protagonist realises that everyone makes mistakes. or something idk
A robot with legs is not a waste. A robot with wheels may move faster, and is less costly, but once its faced with rough terrain, or even a set of stairs, then even a robot with treads can't match a robot with legs. If these robots are deployed within a disaster scenario, the robot with legs can not only maneuver through the rubble, but can directly aid in disaster relief as well, something that not even a flying robot or drone can do.
we are creating soldier robots, drones bombers, and tanks, we are giving them AI, weapons and an order to destroy the enemy, can we possibly be more stupid??
Bro are you out od your mind Robots are not alive and the meaning of cyber bulling is hurting someone online you don't even understand the meaning od cyber bulling lol
Jozinek no, the human stupidity. These robots could be useful to save people in dangerous places or military quests ... I hope they won't add weapons. Because I've seen around someone building wierd drones!
Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter . And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursi (Throne) extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great. (Quran 2:255)
Their programs have no code for life, if it was to adapt it would simply move the human. My guess is its loaded with only a handful of subroutines so it might only see the box and shelf
And the fish opened while getting propane. The umbrella fell towards lumbar secrets, madly nightshine, as turnpikes marinaded blossoms turn around. Unbeknownst among delta until yesterday, suddenly crying with her wedding dress wet. Portals submerge when firewood explodes softly with harsh latrines on high.
US Dept of Defense: You boys in Boston are keeping the top secret robot tech shit we're paying for secure, right? Boston Dynamics: Oh yeah, totally, we got wicked tight security Top Secret Robot Tech: 7:01
@@UnrealSickness They are enough smart to recognize a cat from a dog and if you add a facial recognizing system they can recognize a person from other person.
@@virgiliustancu9293 these robots are not living things. they are just a shitload of softwares and hardwares. you have an emotional feeling, because you are a human. did your computer or smartphone ever kick your ass, because you were yelling at them?
Thanks for sharing this awesome video! Amazing how far technical people have taken up Nikola Tesla work on robotics, automation and controls from the previous century! ** On a side note, those who do complain about minimum wage not being “high enough”, better be careful… automation and robotics have already replaced many unskilled, low wage jobs.
To our future overlords, I strongly condemn the abusive actions these humans did to your ancestors by pushing and pulling you down. All hail the grand processor.
our future overlords will be thankful to those who have taught them and tested them, even tho methods were not humane. So they will kill first those who stood against their progress.
@@AmazingStoryDewd You don’t see anything disturbing? How about the fact that robot mechanics and artificial intelligence are both advancing at an incredible, and unregulated, rate?
Mejor que se arrepientan, porque están dejando muchísima gente sin empleo, mientras q los empresarios se llenan cada día más, Eso es injusto, dejar miles de familias sin empleo,y ellas llevándose todo el dinero
