Actually, his face model from REmake to RE6 (or even RE: Vendetta) is one same guy. He's just been aging throughout those games. But RE7? Totally different character (totally different face model). In this new RE8 you can see they decided to go back on the likes of that one face model they had for years. Can't remember his name, but the lame excuse Capcom made to not rehire the same guy was because his face looked too fake for their RE engine lol

If there’s one thing Resident Evil has been consistent with, it would be the slow decline in Chris’s physical and mental health.

He will be that one villain who is bad in the beginning but as later when the story progress he becomes a good guy where everyone thinks is cool.

That would be like turing Zelda into the next main evil boss, anit happening. Hopefully.

True but with Chris every thing he stood for in re1,re5 and re6 it wouldn’t make sense if he became the villain but it could only be a perspective what Ethan sees through his eyes on what Chris does and doesn’t know why but in re7 he doesn’t work for umbrella the BSAA just sent him to keep an eye them because they are convinced they changed while Chris doesn’t , also I think we need a perspective where we play as Chris which could explain why he killed Mia especially with multiple bullets that you would shoot a B.O.W

Agreed on the RE Village part but I'm a die-hard RE fan so I'll buy it anyway. But Chris started to change during re 5 and clearly changed after 6. Honestly his behavior in Village is expected at this point. RE 3 always felt like dlc or a part of RE 2 that was cut out because RE 2 was too long as is. As for the remake of 3..they did Nemesis and the break down of raccoon city dirty. They could have done so much to fix the gaping hole that originated in 3.😔

It took me 4 years to get RE7 (I didn't even buy it a friend gifted it to me lol). I'm sure it's gonna take years for me to get Village. I'm just, not very interested. RE is my favourite game franchise but I haven't been excited for them since RE6 (which was shit). REmake 2 was good but I got it on sale so not when it came out. Tried R3make's demo and was blown away. Then the full game came out. Haven't bought it.
