Bearky I know that but since he doesn’t realize that Kenobi is alive until the events of Rebels I don’t see where he fits in the story.

@Peter Caballero obi sliced his chest on tat, but the saber didn't go through comepletely, so it was kind of a slash and it left a huge wound on his chest then he died while obi was holding his dead, smelly and rotting body.

Will D. Skies he really just cuts his lightsaber and Maul dies from dehydration for searching for too long. That’s why he’s able to have a moment with Kenobi instead of dying immediately

That could change. Lucas film is very happy with the reception, so much so that if fans continue to give this positive feedback, they might finish off the rest of the unfinished clone wars episodes. (This was said in a tweet, and its how many fans have interpt it.)

I do hope, with brass finally realising what kind of SW people want, they'll do a sort of "unfinished tales" for CW. Though I doubt it will have the same impact as that final arc had, I still think it could be great

And Maul actually cared for others to some extent. He loved his brother Savage and was deeply sad after his death. In the Son of Dathomir comic when Mother Talzin was about to be killed she told Maul to escape but instead he begged her to sacrifice himself so that she could use his power to win. In Rebels we see that Maul desperately wants companionship/an apprentice. He even straight up tells Ezra they could be brothers. In Clone Wars he offered Ahsoka an alliance and during the fighting didn’t try killing her then when Ahsoka released him from prison instead of attacking her or whatever he immediately assumes they must be allies and starts planning how they can survive.

Uh, no. Dooku very much do intended to overthrow his master lol. This is one, of three reasons as to why Dooku was left to die by Sideous. 1. Dooku was simply a temporary apprentice, serving as a place holder for the future apprentice: Anakin. 2. Dooku could not help Sideous form a long lasting Empire. Anakin could. Anakin was not only more powerful, but could be more easily controlled - made even more so whenever he was weakened by Mustafar. Which leads us to three, 3. Dooku planned to overthrow Palpatine. He did not actually wish to destroy the Light Side - he wanted to destroy the Republic, and perhaps the Jedi as well. However, an apparent reason for his descent to the dark side can be summarized as following: turning to the dark side in order to save the light. He even attempted to tempt Obi-Wan, with the intent of “destroying the Sith”.

Hi i'm Euro? 6:55 no Ring around the saber, plus the edge of it is pointing the wrong direction to be a broken ring. So I’m pretty sure that’s just a saber he has (and I’m pretty certain he uses it in Rebels).

@@TmanTheTdog the saber he uses in rebels IS an inquizitors blade. He legit killed one and took it. Finding the guard and "assistance" mechanisms too cumbersome he broke them to better fit his aggressive fighting style.

@@ShuTheIdiot No, its never been never said it was an inquisitor's blade, it just slightly resembles one. The guard is in the incorrect location to be an inquisitor blade, it's facing upwards towards the blade instead of towards the grip. It's also double handed in size, inquisitors are single handed. Ahsoka was the one who killed an inquisitor and took their crystals to make her own saber.

It can’t since Rebles was four years before A New Hope, and solo was years before A New Hope. So it can’t be.

That’s honest how i interpreted it. In a way they are talking about both because Vader isn’t the chosen one without his son. Anakins legacy lives on through Luke skywalker. In my opinion it’s okay to interpret it as such.
