Most Final Smashes in the Super Smash Bros. series have been touched up at the very least between Brawl and Smash 4, but many of them have been completely reworked! So, in this video let's take a look at how the Final Smashes in both Brawl and Smash 4 have changed between games!

I prefer the final smash Luigi had before,the new one is easy to fail,and it may launch them to a wall instead of the blast zone And it's kind of weak anyways However in brawl,there was no escape,and you could do whatever you wanted,and it would be really powerful

There was this old animation that came out around the time Brawl came out where they called it the "Big gay dance" The video was called "Brawl Taunts" Check it out! A classic :D

To be honest, Luigi getting the Poltergust was the biggest improvement for him over Brawl IMO. The Negative Zone was weird, but useful. However, its context was depressing. Back when Smash 4 was officially unveiled, I had the feeling that Luigi would have a new Final Smash. He's pretty much moved on from being overshadowed with his 30th Anniversary. Nintendo pushed him into the Public Eye, even ignoring Star Fox's Anniversary to do so. So, what with having a whole year devoted to him and being announced early on into Smash 4's development, Sakurai leaving the Negative Zone as it was wouldn't make sense. Hell, the Year of Luigi is openly acknowledged in the actual game. The fact that it's the Poltergust 5000 from Dark Moon, which was one of the games released to coincide with the celebration, is what makes it all the more satisfying.

Some Final Smashes I liked in Brawl more than Smash 4. Examples are Luigi and King Dedede. It's nice to see the graphical improvements between the two games.

mrsonicfan21 they're just balanced, because brawl was unbalanced; so because of that, they made smash 4 fairer by making the final smashes not too op, yet also not too wimpy (with the exception of some final smashes, looking at you Jigglypuff.)

Negative Zone is probably my favourite smash of all time, just the backstory and the meaning behind it is great. And also why did they change Sonic's "NOW I'LL SHOW YOU" to "SUPER SONIC STYLE" it's as if sonic turned gay between Brawl and Smash 4

I like the buffed Peach's final smash. But I have a final smash idea for Peach: *Fast Flying Invisible Peach with Healing Ability* Gloom: Make her move faster Joy: Make her flying Rage: Make her invincible Calm: Heal her continuously I'd be slower than Pika's and Sonic's but it has self healing power :)
