I actually really liked JC3's map, contrary to popular opinion. I have never felt more like I was in a legitimate country than in JC3. I love JC2's variety, but what JC3 lacks in variety, it makes up in believability

It is the same engine, they just optimized to get it to run at stable frames. JC4 is a far better game. Aesthetics does not equal gameplay

I remember just exploring random beaches and towns/cities. This game was incredible back then. I still think it looks uniquely beautiful, much better than the other three games. It has a unique early 2000’s sorta charm to it. I think it’s a shame that modern gamers will never get to experience certain games that were made back then the same we way we did. I can understand it though, as I was too young to experience Morrowind when it released and I think that game looks terrible .. so yeah can definitely understand it to a degree.

I think in terms of land, just cause 4 is actually the largest, but in terms of total size, I think just cause 2 is the largest. There’s just so much water in the middle of it. I believe after that it’s just cause 3, and then 1

I remembered having the demo on Xbox 360 and I had so fun just shooting and blowing stuff up but forgot the name I was 10. Then in 2014 or 2015 I found the game on the PS store and immediately bought it. I have 3 because it was free one year for PS plus and we get 4 hopefully it’s good

@Tima Ray Only as far as the movement system and physics go, JC 2 is best in terms of progression, overall presentation and of course the 3D map is always a pleasure to look at. Plus I restarted JC 3 twice because I would accidentally click new game and that has never happened with any other game I've ever played before but of course JC3 does have the DLC and that is great

@@scatered1 According to Metacritic, yes, it's better by 10. Just Cause 2 had all that you said and stuff like that, but Just Cause 3 allowed for some creativity and it served more of a Sandbox purpose. Btw, Just Cause 2 seemed to have DLC:s too.

@@firkinflamer8604 well to clarify JC3 had more like 'expansions' JC2 only had extra weapons and vehicles and I mean those are some good points man but JC2 just has a certain magic and the progression system is the most addicting cause it dosent feel like a chore over halfway through the game like I believe JC3 and 4 feel like. Oh yeah and BIOMES which they decided to bring back in JC4 cause while JC3 looks beautiful it is ultimately very repetitive scenery wise

The biggest deal is the gameplay system having much kind of downgrade. Just Cause without Post Liberation style and chaos point is very pointless. Sure they added new feature like advancing rebels to control region with point in charge but i think releasing a flag in Medici is way more better. Also JC 4 water is very suck and massive downgrade without any beautiful vegetation.

I paid £60 pound for it and it was a massive downgrade from JC3

3 ruined it, especially if you played it on console.

ProPolice the over all ambiance of 3 is what won me over. The antagonist in 4 was so weak. General Di Ravello was such a good, involving antagonist, and it’s apparent. When you would liberate the towns and cities people would literally cheer. In 4 they gave no shit. Almost like they weren’t being oppressed lmao. I

The water and sky in JC 1 is still mind-blowing to me, that, and the soundtrack which is far better than JC 2, i love both games though.

It was a fishing rod basically. You had to shoot and manually reel in with your hands which was even slower than walking. So yeah it was useless

Just cause 4 overhauled all the mechanic's which is much better than graphics, which looks fine on an Xbox One X.

Just Cause 4 was pretty good as well its just that in Just Cause 3 it looked more colorful since it was a different environment

jc2 has the wacked missions. only 7 story missions which sucks. most of missions you do are side missions. which sucks again. and if you wanna play story missions you gotta unlock it by playing the side missions which again sucks
