I feel like there actually is a boundary in San Andreas its just so far out and you dont notice it because I think the game teleports you back a set distance and you keep looping over the same stretch of ocean over and over. At least thats the logic I'm going with lol. There's no other way I could imagine a ps2 game with a map that big, being able to have limitless boundaries.
It just uses the code as Minecraft does. It generates the new part of map with seas but after like a billion km. it would stop generating and there would be an invisible boundary. Another concept is that if he reaches the boundary the boat stops, but the water makes it look like the boat is still moving forward.
I don't think he did that on his own, I think he had used a bot or used fly mod to instantly reach at a designated point. (Not to be taken as hate, just a thought)

Fun fact In San Andreas, flying past the map will break specific features in the game, and these features differ per console. I'm pretty sure the north is harmless though. If you played on PC or the OG Xbox, you may have noticed Taxi missions breaking after the missions "Free fall" and "Saint mark's Bistro" as these missions require you to fly off the map. You wouldn't see this in the PlayStation 2.
Apparently, going way through the border (meaning heading to what direction u are at for way too long (time-based and distance-based) in GTA SA actually triggers some of the known bugs in the game, like Territory bugs, Population, etc. There is one RU-vidr that might have explained that there are specifc coordinates for you to trigger some or all the bugs (apparently, he did demonstrate that it could get triggered by flying through all the way, but boats could also do.) Although, while there have been many software apps, or specific updates that have been able or have the capacity to patch all those bugs triggered by flying or boating over borders for too long (typically gets triggered when you fly over the border and/or further through a 20 or 30-minute time span), they can still get triggered nonetheless. Some of those bugs could be bad for the game, but some are just rather more bizzare than insane.
7:55 I tried to do this and the helicopter becomes invisible and niko starts to lose health... however I used the health cheat to getting over but there are no limits. I gave up too.

If in GTA San Andreas you fly with airbreak cheat to the edge of the map, then the game will start to glitch wildly, and Cj will be very concussed, and then the game can also crash) In GTA 4, the map is infinite, but for some unknown reason, Niko can die while you you will float at the end of the map. And with the same aribreak cheat in GTA 5, while you fly, the camera will stop, and the hero flew away without you, and will fly forever!

GTA San Andreas and GTA 4 has loop boundaries. If you just turn around, you'll notice that you didn't even go far enough from main land That means when the map gets disappeared when you go too far from map, the game starts a loop of travel until you turn around

Gta Vice City is much better than Gta 3. Graphically, in-game details are much better than Gta 3. Gta 3 is featured in very few videos. Because Gta 3 has nothing but logic errors and terrible graphics.

In San Andreas there’s way to get to a portion of Liberty City, if you fly a jet or plane in a specific zone at the east “wall” of the mini map for a while you will actually reach a physical location where one of the cutscenes and missions takes place. It’s called Saint Mark’s Bistro.
