The evolution of music from the 1680s period to the present day. in this video, I had to transcribe many songs for piano versions. Tell me if I forgot any important song. Instagram: goo.gl/9FAFP5 Twitter: goo.gl/x5V4kf
1:43 brought a tear to my eye. I did not know this was from Brahms! How many little children (including myself) have been lulled to sleep by this masterpiece. Also, I am stunned how many modern songs sound so much better on a classical instrument. What remains of our pop songs in a few centuries remains to be seen, however.
It’s as if a song that was made today would still be remembered and enjoyed in the year 2360. Imagine that... cities on mars, cure for cancer, flying cars, and people still listening to a contemporary sing played today
You...You mean you guys don't throw raging parties to Pachelbel?!? A Pachelbel party is a lit party, fam! Headbang to that mood til your powdered wigs fly off! Colonial gents doing the stanky leg in their justaucorps, amidst their ladies, twerking up a storm in their gowns.
Musica maravillosa. El pianista incomparable. Tengo 80 añitos. Siempre escuché y de muchas melodías nunca supe su titulo. Muchas gracias. Desde Guatenala mi admiración y respeto. Esto es vida
They are different styles of music Classic, Barouque, Romantic, Rococco, counterpoint, etc. Many today just label all of these music spanning hundreds of years as "Classic" which isn't correct as they are vastly different styles. I imagine hundreds of years from now on people will not be able to tell the difference between styles of various contemporary music and will label any music from 1900 to 2300 as just POP. They won't be able to differentiate between techno, heavy metal, death metal, rock, disco, funk, jazz, or even rap. They won't know difference between Justin Beiber , Rolling Stones, Beatles, Elvis, Snoop Dog, or Metalica. Will sound same to them. They will just say it's all pop music made out of some electronic sounds available during that period. Only historians and true music experts in that time period will differentiate but common folks will wonder what the big deal is and why the different styles since "they all sound the same."

Lol.. but dont fuck off your high school years there, you will hate yourself for it.. have the best times you possibly can before u turn 18 im telling you.. go get fucked up and puke on a cop car or something and make sure people see it.. people will talk to you then.. just dont over do it, life is fragile but strong at the same time.. im just saying the best years of your life, whether you think it or not are the ones before you graduate college and spend the rest of your life waiting to retire cuz life really actually is a bunch of shitty circumstances seasoned with a dash of happyness but smothered in all the bad shit but you cant pick most of it off and have to either hold your nose and swallow it or dont and u only get one dont…. But go do some dumb shit and guarantee youll get some ass.. hell my freshman year in hs i got snitched on for selling weed at school so they called the cops and escorted me to the principals office and had a drug dog sniff my locker.. had a half ounce stuffed in my shoe which they didnt find.. until after school when i chucked some kids bike through a cop card windshield yelling fuck the police.. they tackled me and tazed me 3 times. While i was walking to the cop car.. lol.. when i got out of juvi 3 weeks later i dated who i thought were the 5 hottest chicks in school and 2 of em were freaks.. crazy good time and i was a grungy baggy pants chain wearing kid who listened to death metal and played drums in a metal band. Then i got old.. and the ones who i thought i was going to marry either left me, cheated or died.. actually one left, one cheated and the last woman i gave my heart to as she did to me also died in my arms after i found out she was shooting up that crap behind my back and found her with a needle in her arm and turning blue.. nothing i coiuld do.. so yea. Life sucks and either you go it all alone or you dont, so dont make the dumb decisions and get somebody.. alone sucks.. bad..

I have seen and listened to this pianist several times, I like him very much, not only as a pianist but he transpire a nice personality. Thank you Vinheteiro, thank you.
So your watching a flat two dimensional video recording of a person whom you perceive "stares deep into your soul". That's rather a ignorant thing to believe. Oh well, maybe your horoscopes will tell you to learn a little bit more about technology and biology so that you replace "soul" with a word that actually has some meaning.
This was so lovely to watch and reminded me why I took up piano lessons a few years ago. I need to get back into it. Thank you for reignited my musical soul ❤
Not really. A lot of the older pieces are based on chromatics, arpeggios and scales whereas the melodies to the modern songs require more movement from the hand and, therefore, you need to be more careful. It’s easy when the next note you need to press is done by the next key/finger.
Mingze Yu canon in d has a big influence on music over the years and it's played in almost all wedding ceremonies all over the world. i say it is a masterpiece and not just "your typical 6th grade orchestra song"
There is a clear devolution in the complexity and sophistication of the music starting in the mid 1900s. Some of it he was even playing one-handed it was so simple.
Queen fact of the day: when queen went to Hungary for a tour, the recording of the concerts in that country were grouped in an album and named hungarian rhapsody
Interesting that the build up introduction, which sets the stage, and any sort of coda have all but gone now as the audience demands the RH melody almost instantly.
this has to be the most frustrating peace of music in existence and i like music compilations, but the cuts are just too perfect, it gives me a visceral reaction.
I have a compilation album called Music of the Millennium. Now I realise its heavily weighted towards the last half of the last century of that Millennium.
