Chris Reeve's scream as Supes scared the hell out of me when I watched it with my dad the first time on VHS when I was I think maybe six or seven. But my dad told me that was Supes expressing his grief and anger at being too late to save Lois., and some people do express grief and anger this way when faced with the death of a loved one.
See superman 3 and superman 4 in the late 80s. It's like what's happening with DC right now. Can't follow up that kind of flopping with any interest, especially in an age where superhero movies weren't a regular thing.

I have watched Superman returns and and man of steel. I'm stopping video at this point bcz i don't want to see clips of Batman vs Superman. I plan to watch it next. I tried watching Superman IV 1987 too but i didn't like it so I'm just gonna stick to recent 21st century ones.
