Original French pronunciation should be something like "oo-bee-soff", but because so many people speak English and they also tend to pronounce "yoo" over "oo" a lot at the beginning of words, the latter pronunciation has become pretty common
in one of their games (can’t remember which) there was a title card saying ‘a ubisoft original’ and obviously with the way vowels are pronounced and so on, it’d have to be yoobeesoft
In France we actually say u-bee-soft but I think the most authentic way English speakers can say it is ou-bee-soft since the U has a different tone between french and english
