Right, but there’s nothing that shows him leading up to that suspicion. No looking at fake Eggman robots or musing about who their client is, just a very undeveloped “It’s all part of being a good detective!”
I always loved Vector cause he fused SO many traits that make a loveable brute. He's big and loud, often butting in and giving his two cents at the drop of a hat. But even still, he's a good man. People often forget that Vector is 20 years old, making him the oldest hero in the sonic franchise (Shadow may technically be 50+ years old, but he was in stasis for almost all his life). Despite not being able to fit in too well with the rest of the gang, he still gives everything he's got into protecting and helping others. It's no secret that Vector is almost always in a tight spot with money in the games/shows he appears in, often caused by spending most of his time taking free jobs for people in dire need but can't afford to pay. Even though he's a bit of an arrogant hot head and a loud mouth, he's still incredibly intelligent. He's canonically the best detective in the Sonic universe, often seeing through the Villain's plan before anyone else in the entire cast, even beating Tails to the punch. Not to mention he pretty much raises Charmy, a six year old without parents, on his own as a sort of Big Bro (Or father if that's more your speed). Vector is SUCH an underrated character, Vanilla should honestly return his feelings! He'd be a great father to Cream!
Vector has to be one of the best characters in the Sonicverse. He is not a typical video game hero like Mario, Link or Sonic that wants to save a damsel or save the world, he just wants to be a great detective and pay his bills, which makes him very relatable. Speaking as a crocodilian enthusiast it is very refreshing to see a fictional crocodile that is not portrayed as a villain or a man-eating monster. They are fascinating reptiles that are very important to their ecosystem but are severely misunderstood by humans. Vector may be a loudmouth and a little arrogant but he is a great detective with a heart of gold and that is what makes him one of the best Sonic characters.
18:37 Damn, I wish they gave him the chance to move like that in more games. Vector legit croc swimming in a _Sonic_ game would be so sick. And it would actually work in-universe, too, since crocodiles can swim _fast._ Vector doing a death roll would also be cool, but that's something only a fangame would ever do.
Vector is my favorite Chaotix Member and Crocodiles are my favorite Reptiles and it's a welcome change to see a Crocodile Character as a heroic character and not the other way around. Vector should be playable more I like playing as him in Sonic Heroes in his and his team's story. Boy I would love to see him do a Death Roll in water areas to enemies in The Sonic Series.
Mouth: "I'm going to say it." Brains: "Please dont say it." Mouth: "I don't care wat you say I'm gonna say it." Brains: " Please do not say it everybody already does. It is so unoriginal." Mouth: "I DON'T CARE THIS IS A VIDEO ABOUT VECTOR THE CROCODILE I HAVE TO SAY IT!" Brains: "PLEASE STOP" Mouth: "VIND THE COMPUTER ROOM" Brains: "NOOOOOOOOOOO" Love Vector btw, he is a pretty good character.
I know this is old and all, but the voice change was done because of sega wanting to keep voice consistency back when 4kids was dubbing Sonic X and replaced the voice cast. Of course that doesn't matter now since they too were eventually replaced.
Vector is awesome! Other awesome characters: Sonic, Shadow, Silver, Espio, Charmy, Knuckles, Tails (yeah people he is for those that hate him), Jet, Amy, Rouge and more.
Yeah. I don't get why it's the kids in the Sonic series that gets hated over something that kids do. I mean THEY ARE KIDS!!! WHAT THE HECK!?! Tails: Because he gets scared. Cream: Because she cries. Charmy: Because of being obnoxious? They are kids right? So they would do those things.
Vector is actually extremely intelligent. Often piecing things together well before others. He's often able to analyze situations quite rapidly and make the best decision at the moment. Even if it's something he'd really prefer NOT to do. And Vector is also keenly aware he is extremely strong, but actually despises fighting, and when possible will try to solve a situation calmly without resorting to violence. However, as calm, collected and extremely kind as Vector is, you do NOT wanna piss him off. Cause if ya do, he will have no qualms about drawing back and knocking you the hell out. However, if it was done in a moment of just BRIEF anger, he will apologize and even see to it that you're injury (or injuries) are tended to. But one way to INSTANTLY piss him off? Go after kids, women, innocents or someone on his team that is NOT him. Cause with him, he'll let ya swing at him all ya like, hell, man will probably still try and talk ya down. But all that goes right out the window if ya target Espio, Charmy or innocents.
Vector has to be my favorite Sonic character. he looks so cool in Knuckles Chaotix ^•^ . that Tomy Vector plush looks ugly, i prefer the great eastern one ^^
Vector is my favorite from the Chaotix. Edit: like if your favorite Vector is Keith Silverstein. Edit 2: wait, where’s Sonic Free Riders? He was in that game. In fact, he’s the power character in Team Rose!
I KNOW I'm not the only one who hears Simpsons Otto Mann's voice while reading Vector's dialogue in the comics... this going back to the 90s when the knuckles chaotix issue was released.
So when I play Mario and Sonic For the First time, I hadn't gotten into Sonic Yet, (I didn't get into the Series until I was in Middle School). And I kid you not I legitmatly thought that Vector was a Kremling.
