Heck no! Windows 11 is another whole separate is made in the nt kernet but 10x is made with wcos kernel which is uwp based

not exactly, there are some subtle differences in the ui but they actually used the nt kernel

@@brurmonemt no! If it was using nt kernel win 10x will have an iso installable through pe but 10x has ffu that you need to generate and u need to integrate all drivers also the drivers need to be dch compliant and it does not support win32 apps soo

He already had the Windows 10 installation activated so the OOBE got confused and skipped steps. You're not supposed to run the OOBE after you activated the installation.

It's 1999 -2021 because windows 98se came out in 1999 and windows 11 came out in 2021.

You can't find it. You can only install it with Microsoft's own emulator.

Althrough my favorite OOBE setup screen has to be Windows xp. It’s good to see Windows 11 has gained some more charm again than Windows 8.x and 10 which both contain the most boring OOBE setup screens with nothing but a bland blue background and some text. While Windows 11 isn’t my favorite Windows OS (yet), I am actually happy when I can finally move on from Windows 10.

Honestly, the Windows 10X UI could completely be reused, especially since some Windows laptops have foldable screens.

It's short for "Out Of Box Experience." Basically the first program that runs upon installation, meant to setup the user, some extra system information, just stuff used day to day.
